I just picked up my order of a Super Sub in a bowl and I am so happy that I wanted to leave a review. I wish I had taken a picture. I know it's just a salad but it was so fresh and put together beautifully. It was made just as I ordered it and put together with obvious care. Really this is a gorgeous salad! I usually dine in here and it's always a great experience. I'm happy to know the same care goes into my to go orders.

I had such a drastic experience with this Jersey Mike’s than the one in Baytown. Not only was customer service beyond exceptional but the staff didn’t mind taking the time to make sure my order was correct, I wasn’t just a number to be thrown out and treated me respect as a paying customer. Clearly driving the 8 miles is worth it!!!

Ordered a regular sub, a small drink, and a 1 3/8 once bag of chips. $18.65 !!! $3.99 for tiny bag of chips and $3.99 for small drink. Corporations are not your friends, folks.

I came here and ordered a two large sandwiches instead he misheard me and gave me two 8 in there's no way that would have filled my son up so I had to turn around and order another 8-in to make it a giant. I did didn't turn pay for 3/8 in sandwiches instead of one giant and 1/8 in horrible absolutely I had to pay for their error.. cost me$59 to feed three of us ridiculous I'll keep going to the one up on Spencer in Deer Park I will not come back to the port one cuz they did not honor their error!!!
