Someone had an order delivered to my house.I didn't know if it was delivered by mistake and called the Laporte location. I was treated rudely then I was accused of being rude and yelling when I didn't raise my voice at all. My intentions were just to find out if someone didn't receive their meal or who might have been nice enough to delivered to me..but things never happened that way. If this is how they treat their customers I would never recommend this place to anyone. Plenty of sandwich shops. SERVICE AND FRIENDLINESS is what sets them apart. NOPE to this one!

I've tried lots of cheesesteaks in my time and these are definitely worth a try. Very generous on the ingredients which are always fresh and delicious. The associates are super friendly and helpful! Always a pleasure to eat here. Highly recommended.

Really poor service in correcting an order. I would never spend another dollar in that place. They would rather lose a frequent customer than to correct the order. I usually don’t write negative reviews but they wasn’t willing to bend a little. I offered to pay for the correction and the charge was very little difference from a reorder. So sad. The trash ate the poorly made substance.

I just picked up my order of a Super Sub in a bowl and I am so happy that I wanted to leave a review. I wish I had taken a picture. I know it's just a salad but it was so fresh and put together beautifully. It was made just as I ordered it and put together with obvious care. Really this is a gorgeous salad! I usually dine in here and it's always a great experience. I'm happy to know the same care goes into my to go orders.

I had such a drastic experience with this Jersey Mike’s than the one in Baytown. Not only was customer service beyond exceptional but the staff didn’t mind taking the time to make sure my order was correct, I wasn’t just a number to be thrown out and treated me respect as a paying customer. Clearly driving the 8 miles is worth it!!!
