Got the 8 peice leg and thighs. When I got back they gave me wings that looked like they came off a chick few legs that looked the same and finally instead of thighs I got breast. Ask for extra crispy didn't get that either. What's left will be thrown out. WONT BE BACK. The 8 peice on Tuesday is 10.00. not worth it. I did use drive thru.

This was a drive through order so I didn't check until I arrived to my camping destination. I expected a good batch of chicken considering it was $27+ for an 8 piece meal. No issues with the mashed potatoes/gravy. The biscuits were super dry but whatever, I went for the chicken. Terribly disappointed. I won't be back. Chicken was a joke. I wished, I would have taken a pic of all the chicken to show it wasn't much bigger in portion. Definitely, dissatisfied.

I pulled up to the drive-through around 7. The menu light wasn't even on, then I ordered, they took my money, then gave me my drinks and asked me to pull around the front. I sit there for around 10 minutes. I was on my phone, and the person who brought out my food didn't even know it was mine. I got home all my food was cold the fries and nuggets were hard and cold. I will be calling the location manager tomorrow. I work in the food industry for 23 years I understand most of what they are trying to do but they are not actually performing the way they look on the reports they give corporate.

This is the second time in two months that I have bought a chicken potpie and it was absolutely horrible no veggies in it all full of chicken and was over heated to long the crust was like a rock ! I tried calling them 10 times in a row and they never answered the phone and THEY WERE NOT BUSY AT ALL, this place is trash I will never go there again and I'll make sure social media is aware of this! I like meat but vegetables too
I would give more stars if I could. The 2 guys working there tonight were amazing! I goofed and placed a mobile order and didn't fully check the location I ordered from. I had thought I was ordering from the Pasadena location and ended up ordering it this location instead. As soon as I realized my mistake, I called the store and asked if it would be possible for them to wait on making the order because it would take me about 20 minutes to get there. 20 minutes later I arrive at the store and they were super amazing and nice and made my order fresh! I will definitely be returning to this location due to their outstanding customer service.

A worker over told my mother that this location does not accept coupons. Would like to at least know if this is true because a phone call was made to this location twice this morning and no one will answer.

The KFC on Fairmont Prky in LaPorte is bad news, not because of the food, but because of the lying service. As example, I was in line in drive thru recently (not busy at the time by the way), and ordered just a simple, small order for only myself. I was told by the cashier, "do I mind waiting a short period of time?". I replied, "ok. no problem". I then got to the drive thru window, where I was asked to pull around, park in front and wait. All acceptable to me at that point, but after awaiting for my order to come out for at least 20 minutes, I went inside to question my order status. I was told by the manager that they just dropped the chickin, that is why it was taking so long. I explained to him that is not what I was told in the drive thru, and that if I was told the truth. I would not have waited. Moral to this sad story, I was royally burned, and if you do not want to risk ending up in the same situation, avoid this KFC location at all costs!!
