Food was horrible, I purchased 3 pounds of brisket and it was the worst decisión I made in 2025. It was dry and bland can’t call yourself king of bbq when it taste the way it does. 3 lbs for $82 isn’t worth it

We opted to have King's BBQ cater a meeting for our company and booked it through DoorDash. A $300+ bill but from previous orders, I felt confident about the order. So much for that! Ordered items were forgotten that were paid for and when I called to check on the missing items, I was first told that the order was filled, then told that the driver must have missed the items, then that I didn't even order them. In short - I had my receipt, confirmed what I ordered and all I got was a run around. So the moral here is basically, beware!

Absolutely, horrible old and cold food. You can’t even chew it. I accidentally ordered from the wrong location. I meant to order from Underwood never gave I have problems with them. I’m sorry, but this location in La porte sucks. Might as well close it down. It’s that bad.
Don't make the mistake of ordering condiments on the side in you online order 7.29 baked potato becomes a 13.99 baked potato. 2.70 sides become $7 sides for 1/4 to 1/2 cup

I ordered from them on uber eats and this food did not taste good at all. That mac n cheese tastes like Kraft mac n cheese. I ordered the ribs and grilled chicken and they had no seasoning. All the meat was Dry and bland. I got the rib- eye steak also and it was 7/10 at best. I had the peach cobbler also which was decent I guess. 8/10. Not very sweet. The best thing I had was the lemonade but wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Im from Georgia so maybe I just have higher standards when its come to bbq but this place aint it if im being honest. Had to leave a review.

Stopped by King’s BBQ for lunch. Service was quick and friendly, staff made sure everything was smooth. Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite hit the mark. The flavors were a bit lacking, leaving the meal underwhelming. While the atmosphere and service made the visit pleasant, the food fell short of expectations. Hopefully just an off day, because the team running the place is doing everything right on the hospitality side.
