Kroger needs to hold these criminal-minded instacart shoppers and delivery people accountable and prosecute them. On several occasions they have taken advantage of my elderly mother by adding hundreds of dollars worth of groceries on to her bill (for themselves). My mother has been using instacart delivery, faithfully, since the pandemic. As far as we know, nothing has been done about these criminals, as there has been no follow up to multiple reports of this criminal activity.

Kroger's has good quality meats and very good quality fresh vegetables and fruits.the live vegetable plants are a very good quality and very healthy when I got them .good selection of others goods.i would keep on shopping there .

I have shopped here for many years and today tried grocery pick up for the first time since I was sick. Never again!!!! I was out of breakfast food and so it didn’t bother me that the pick up time was between 7-8. 7:45 comes, no text, no email saying it’s ready. 8 comes, nothing. So I go up there and check in. Says store is closed then someone answers from pick up. I said I never got a notice saying my order was ready and now you are closed? Yes we are closed. Your order is ready but our system went down but you can pick it up in the morning. You have my number. Nobody could have called to tell me that? I am so mad. The whole point of this order was to have breakfast items for my family before they left for work. Can’t even cancel now.

I wish I could give 0 stars but I have to give one star… last week I ordered my cake and went over everything twice to make sure it was right then a day before I get my cake I call again to make sure it’s correct they tell me yes it be ready tomorrow so today I pick up my cake and they tell me oh they don’t have the edible paper so they jus silly stringed it instead of calling and telling me so I could have picked a different cake this cake looks nothing like the cake my son wanted!

I have been getting my cakes and treats from Kroger for a long time, and I have never had a complaint; in fact, I am often asked which bakery I hired, to the surprise (which surprises me!) of others when I tell them my local Kroger bakery. Idk how Kroger got such a bad rap, but I personally have never had any problem. Always fresh, moist, and decorated perfectly as asked.

I have been getting my cakes and treats from Kroger for a long time, and I have never had a complaint; in fact, I am often asked which bakery I hired, to the surprise (which surprises me!) of others when I tell them my local Kroger bakery. I love our local Kroger. I have shopped there most of my life and have never had a bad experience. Some of the staff make my day even when they don't know it.

Kroger's is the best place to get groceries..I think they need to keep the coolers stocked..this is the second week there has been NO cottage cheese..the OJ that is on digital is out..I was told I couldn't get a rain ck because it is on digital..NO cheese that was on special..alot of empty boxes on the shelves..but it is still a nice place to shop..

Staff are not enforcing the Corona virus safety measure of wearing a mask. Saw too many without and no one doing a thing about it! Posted it on my facebook and got a lot of feedback that they won't be shopping at La Porte Krogers until management starts either handing out masks and sanitizers or making the unmasked leave!

I would like my .99 they refused to give me. There is no national coin shortage. The east coast has no idea what we’re talking about when we say this. It’s a Texas scam. I do not want .99 on my card, I want .99 change.
