The tortillas suck. Not even close to round and are hard. Also people hate working there. Not a good vibe. Go around the corner to the location on Fairmont. Tortillas are soft and chewy.

The fountain drink station almost always never works or be in working order. The Dr.pepper came out just carbonated water no syrup. I got the lunch burrito special. The chicken was hard like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for a very long time and the rice was also very hard.I only got one bite and it was over very horrible!

Don’t go here for a breakfast taco unless you want nothing but egg with a hint of meat. Tried this company for the first time and was sorely disappointed. There is practically no meat at all in any of the bacon, sausage, and chorizo tacos. If I wanted an egg taco I would order just egg.

DO NOT GO TO THE ONE IN INVERNESS FL! Went in this morning and the girl behind the counter with colored hair just looked at me without acknowledging me. When I asked for 6 tacos she rolled her eyes and said “aww man really?” I asked why, thinking she didn’t have the ingredients or something like that, but she had the audacity to simply say, “because I don’t feel like it! I really don’t want to if I don’t have to!” I was shocked and just walked out. That is unacceptable and the store managers and corporate needs to know that is how their employees work and how they speak to customers. Will never return again and will never recommend this place to anyone.

I had the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life with the manager APRIL. I doordashed breakfast tacos because it was raining and I didn’t want to leave the house. When they were delivered, my order was completely wrong. I ordered four tacos, a dozen tortillas, two chips and queso. I only got three tacos, a dozen tortillas covered in black char and black powder, one bag of chips, and queso that was so runny and tasted like water. I drove up there because nobody would answer their phone and I asked the manager if she could fix them. She told me I needed to bring them back to the store so she could make me new ones. I informed her that I’m allergic to egg and I was not going to dig them out of the trash. She said “sorry I can’t make them until you bring them back so I can personally throw them away.” I proceeded to tell her they were already contaminated and she said she didn’t care she needed them in her hand, so I would have to go back home, dig them out of the trash, then bring them back. I even showed her the pictures of the tacos I took. She tried walking away from me like five times while I was still trying to get my problem solved. I called my mom in front of the kitchen, workers, and customers, and told her what was happened and then the manager reluctantly told the workers to remake my tacos. The amount of attitude the manager gave me was insane, especially since she chose this job. They made it wrong again the SECOND time. I thankfully checked my tacos before I left and they had to fix them the third time. Horrible customer service. I don’t even understand why they have DoorDash as an option if they aren’t even going to actually read the order. Would NOT recommend.
I placed an order this morning to be delivered via door dash at 430 pm.... the people at the restaurant made the order immediately and told the dasher they could not remake it when she arrived to pick up my food.
The Manager was very rude, inconsiderate and not helpful at all. It was not my fault the people at the restaurant made the order when it was placed and didn't read the fact it was supposed to be delivered in the afternoon.

I've ordered here through Doordash three times so far, and the food is always delicious. Just had some pork and chicken tamales today, and they are yummy too. Smaller than I expected, but i appreciate less calories. Great prices and great delivery. Plan on stopping in at Speedway soon.
