The worst McDonald’s ever last time I came they gave me a Dr Pepper instead of diet and right now I’m waiting 10 minutes for my order just for them to tell me one item is unavailable. Then I left and realized they forgot my fries.

man this place sucks either they dont give you your full order or you get something terribly made. they give out old food all the time and ive gotten burgers with all the ketchup on the side and top of my burger. like how do you mess up that bad? they either need to find a new head manager or something because it doesn't matter how many bad reviews they get, they just never learn. in my opinion they dont really care so yea I hate this location I understand its fast food but dang at this point close this location because they suck so bad

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS! On 9/5/25 i placed an online order with my phone for pickup. When I arrived the manager said we can't process your order but you won't be charged and I left without food. Well I was charged for food that I didn't get $9.52.

I made an online pick up order and when I got home my order was missing a medium fry and all the dipping sauces. So I called and they said to come back through the drive thru. I should have checked the bag because they did not listen and still forgot dipping sauces. This is the 5th time I have gotten a wrong order at this location. I won't go there anymore. This location needs to get it together. This is such a waste of money. This location is more convenient for me, but I will drive farther to not waste my money anymore.
I have ordered from this location 15 times, 15 chances I gave this store to show me they can get the order right, cook the food all the way, and get my FAST FOOD out quickly. Corporate and the manager on Afternoon and Nights, are clearly the incompetent ones. I have been told to go to the location on Underwood and Independence Pkwy, Attached to the Love's, which was just as busy, and quicker, and got my order right. This store is brand new, and doesnt talk shit on the headset through the speaker in Spanish, and thought I dont understand it. Sé la que dija Boba. I was really hopeful for this location. Someone else in corporate needs to crack some whips there, before yall come across the wrong one to mess something up on.

Unfortunately, I have purchased food here many times, and I've been disappointed each time. The amount of time I have had to wait for my order and how many times my order is missing food is practically every time. This last visit, my food took over 30 minutes, amd my order was missing quite a few items. The employees are nice, but it gets frustrating when something goes wrong each time. Moving forward, if I want McDonald's, I plan to go to the one is Walmart or the location further down Spencer in Pasadena.
