Very bad experience drive-through took 15 minutes! 4/21/24 evening! I ordered one chicken sandwich and it was so gross it tasted like it been sitting out. The employees were very rude. Couldn’t hear me on the speaker. They were getting angry wasn’t my fault no communication skills very trashy location.!

Just ordered a large red beans and rice, but cut the rice. My husband is recovering from throat cancer surgery, so he can't eat rice. We got home and it was more rice than beañs and he could not eat it. I also ordered a 6 pc wing combo. My cole slaw did not make it into my bag. They were not very courteous when I tried to order. He kept cutting me off and making me start over 3 times. Plus he made me repeat my items several times. The menu screen went black so I did not get to order anything else. I do not know if I will come back here. There the service is usually better.

All youngsters in the evening time that some are good and some aren’t. They are nice though, I will give them that. There are a few that I feel like keep the rest of the kids in line in making sure orders are done right. There’s a couple of Hispanic kids that started that seem really big on doing a good job. One of them kind of has longer hair pulled up. Everyone else seems clueless and don’t double check orders to make sure they have everything. Like they’re just slammed and there’s no time, but they’re not that packed. I would say if they built another Popeyes nearby, people would definitely flock there.

The Spencer Hwy Popeyes has typically exceeded my Popeyes experience with faster and more accurate service than most (most of the time). That being said, Popeyes is not known for great service but does have the best chicken and red beans.
I don't know why my husband and I keep falling for this particular Popeyes. Our meals are absolutely not acceptable to sell to the public. Yet again they got our family for almost $50.00. Would not recommend this place to my bugging neighbors dog. We will not fall for their highway robbery again.
The food? Good. The service? Fine. This parking lot? Unacceptable. The people here need to be on it and make sure the place looks at least somewhat presentable. Would've given four stars otherwise, but this is seriously unsightly.

I’ve had issues the last few times I’ve come to this location.Today, my husband was placing his order and the person on the speaker just stopped responding. My husband tried to get an answer and the guy never came back.When he got to the window, he was handed a drink and told it was an unsweet tea (we’d ordered one sweet, one unsweet). As the rest of the meal came out, the window attendant asked him what his other drink was. He told them a sweet tea, but tried mine to make sure. It turned out the person who had handed him the drink had given him something entirely wrong, and had he not checked we would’ve been left with the wrong beverage.When he got home, he discovered that he had been charged and given a spicy chicken sandwich rather than the regular, which is what was ordered. I immediately called the number on the top of the receipt, and even though he left the establishment less than five minutes prior, nobody answered the phone. I left a message and have not heard back.The staff at this location do not take pride in getting orders correct, or even having decent manners. Such a waste.

My order was almost 40.00 I tried to pay with cash 50.00 dollar bill, told they had no change. Ordered spicy got regular, chicken was dried out like it was sitting there all day .

I went in yesterday and ordered around $130 worth of chicken, tenders, 3 gallons of sweet tea and sides etc. JOE at the front counter was AMAZING!!!! We did have to wait a few for a few items but in and out in like 12 mins due to big order. All was fresh and Joe was such a sweetheart kept us updated and was so friendly!!
