The guy taking the order super kind and patient , how ever upon paying was informed my meal would take 10 minutes to cook and for us to wait in a parking spot. 20 minutes go by and someone who came after us received there food before me. This place has really gone down since ownership has changed. You wait longer for a drive through order even when there are no cars in front of you. The staff doesn’t greet customers, they don’t speak English and the store is dirty af on the inside. The food is below serving quality.

Always something, you guys didn’t have signature hot sauce, you guys didn’t have butterfly shrimp so I got ten popcorn chicken for a substitute… and then yall forgot my red beans and rice. So I didn’t want to wait 30 minutes and I tried going inside. It’s locked and closed for dine-ins? It’s 6pm….How do you guys stay in business?The lady with broken English was also saying something about “hope the cameras are not working, hope the cameras are not working” while I was at the drive thru.

Had a tiny issue with an order, but the manager Mikey made it right. These guys are severely overworked and probably underpaid and understaffed.God bless them.
Food was pretty good but the service was awkward . They were all arguing loudly with one woman who took my order and whispered ??? We just wanted to get out of there..Parking: Lots of spaces..it was 3am..

So, the food was good. The workers were polite when I picked it up. Guess my only complaint is I ordered a 12 piece mix and it came with 6 wings and 4 legs. Wth are you going to do with 6 wings? 2 breasts, 4 legs and 6 wings. That's pretty stingy. The food was good but next time I'll check my order and if I have all legs n wings I'll ask them to swap some out. Them 12 pieces aren't cheap anymore.

As soon as you pull up to the window, they have you wait a moment to take your order and as soon as you mention the word “wings” you are given the expectation that you will be waiting a “while”. Every single time. I don’t go on a busy Tuesday. I don’t go at lunch hour rush. How do they even stay open?
