I love the tomato soup so thats my usual order. Apparently at this location you have to ask to get the breadstick that you pay for while ordering if not its automatically substituted for crackers. The young man says it varies locations and his manager does not like having them out so it has to be asked for. Why is this not reflected on the menu or relayed by the cashier taking the order? Its like ordering a meal anywhere else that comes with a side and drink and you dont get said drink or side that comes with the meal you’re paying for and as advertised because of personal preference. Essentially i’m getting shorted out of what I ordered and paid for. You can say, “oh wow over a breadstick?”. No, over my money , what a customer is expecting from the meal they ordered as displayed and lack of communication from employees.

DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE lmaoooo. Look at how tiny this $6 cinnamon roll was dude!! The size of a business card. Greedy greedy business smh. Never going back. Things just keep getting smaller and smaller. Also, you see how sharp those edges are on the fork?! You gotta be kidding if you think I’m gonna eat with that and cut my mouth or eat a piece of plastic, almost did!!!

I came in and ordered a Cinnabon to go, And once I got home and opened it, It appeared to have been very very old. I called and asked if they could give me a fresh one they would not remake it nor would they refund me. Very Bad customer service and will not be returning

I had the Turkey club and it was really good. Wasn't a huge fan of the salad though. I was told it was part of the price,but the receipt showed it was added at the full price. So a little misleading

Well been a long time since I got something from Schlotzsky 's so got me a roast beef and cheddar medium and that was the worst I ever had the roast beef was rubbery, tuff and hardly no flavor sorry my opinion

they do alot of business through the order window so the walk in customer is 2nd to the window customer but the original is my favorite and most of the times its great this last time it was ok for the must part. but not great i do not know why half way through it was nasty then back to great , they are working on keeping everything clean know and the view is ok, i liked the old store in la porte more than this store its just bla

Sandwich was good. I ordered fruit and there was mold on the strawberries. It was very obvious. They were my biggest pieces so 1/3 of it was inedible.

Ordered veggie sandwich, Arnold palmer and sour cream and onion chips. Sandwich was delicious but I disliked how the chipotle mayo was all over the wrapper and veggies could have been spread out. Great customer service from cashier, knowledgeable about selection.
