Ordered veggie sandwich, Arnold palmer and sour cream and onion chips. Sandwich was delicious but I disliked how the chipotle mayo was all over the wrapper and veggies could have been spread out. Great customer service from cashier, knowledgeable about selection.

We went and ate here and ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks and spent $50... we got the number meals that shows a sandwich, chips, & drink and when I asked about the chips that wasn't in the bag she told me I have to ask for chips that they don't come with it???? Wth why does the picture show the meal together?? I think this was the last time I come to schlotzsky's for anything!! They have gotten ridiculous!!

Constantly getting my order wrong. I love this place but they obviously have an issue with following directions. They have the worst customer service. Im absolutely disappointed, for a chain business to have been around so long and it's just going down hill. Don't bother going here.

This Schlotzsky's is pretty consistent. Been coming here 4 or 5 times a year since it opened over 10 years ago. Food is always fresh and the place looks clean. Once or twice in all those years the very young servers have not been so polite. But the good way out weigh the lazy. ??

I usually call my order in and today I was told that I had to come in to place my order I call in for medical reasons and spoke to one of the managers but didn’t seem too interested in what I had to say !!! 07-17-24
Gnats were flying all over the place landing on my food and even in the sweet roll display. I spoke withe the manager who offered no refund on our food after we did not eat because of the bugs. Manager stated she was aware and pest control will be called again tomorrow. This place should be closed until the problem is resolved. Gnats are filthy little bugs.

Stood there and watched my sack of food sit idel as employee sends some texts out. Finally threw some napkins in the sack and gave it to me...as if I wasn't watching the bag the whole time as nothing got added cept finally napkins, for several minutes this happened...aggravating ahParking/ exiting/ entering here is basically non existent and or insurance claim expectant
