Shipleys never disappoints me. You can't go wrong with some fresh hot glazed donuts. The donuts holes are like fries. They never make it to my job which is right down the street. The staff is always friendly.

Its a “small” donut shop but they have great customer service delicious donuts and kolaches are on point!! The coffee is good too not to hot good blend creme options.
This place needs to go to the location in Deer Park to learn how to make kolaches right. I will no longer be going to this location cuz this is like the fifth time they gave me something like this.

I am waiting in line around back when I wrote this review, but the people they frequent this establishment particularly the one in the drive, may I make a suggestion, get out of line and order inside istead if your gona order for 30 plus people.

The donuts were old and cold at 545 am. Service was excellent. Disappointed in Shipley. They're usually fresh and warm.
Not thrilled... didn't have what I ordered and didn't tell me until after I had already paid. Manager was reluctant to do a refund and offered a substitution. I agreed only to discover they didn't have any of those, either. Rather than act entitled, I just said, "Nevermind" and left... only to find out when I got home, that the rest of my order wasn't correct. FYI - I know the difference between a Shipley's apple fritter and a Shipley's apple-stuffed doughnut. They are NOT the same. I remember why I stopped going...

This was a hot mess. I asked for a plain cake donut not knowing that there are plain donuts and cake. The lady confused me when she was like so you want plain donuts. I was like is it a cake. Like I am guessing she was new because she brought another lady to the window who made the situation worst and then charged me twice because she still didn't get it. It's frustrating when you say something and someone reads what you say back to you but does the opposite.????...

Im not sure what happened to this place but it's definitely not the same. The food always seems like it was cooked the day before, they cram donuts in a bag where all the frosting is stuck to paper, and depending on who is working depends on if you get met with good attitudes or a bad one.
