I love this place. They say first impressions matter the most, and this Shipleys definitely did that. The food was nice and warm. The atmosphere was so welcoming. Everyone greeted you with a smile. I didn’t get her name but as I walked in the lady in the front said “good morning mija😊Welcome in” It was very warm, loving, and pleasant to hear. Not a lot of establishment can give you that warm welcoming, so I’m grateful this one did. As I left she said “have a blessed day!😊” it’s so good to hear that, because you never know someone might be having a terrible day. Just a tiny bit of kindness can make your day feel way better. Thank you I will definitely be coming back again💕

Was very disappointed at today’s visit I bought a dozen of glazed donuts and my whole family bit into raw donuts. They have literally made out stomach hurt I’m praying this don’t go any further because there’s bacteria’s that could be inside of raw dough. I brought the donuts back to the establishment and was given attitude by the drive thru lady I asked for sausage and cheese kolachis instead and she gave me 6 of them and 2 of them were burnt pretty badly so I asked to replace them and she told me they’re not burnt despite visibly and physically hard. So she caught another Attitude with me so I just asked for my money back. The owner was helpful and not rude about their products being under cooked and burnt and was given a refund I will monitor my kids health this was a terrible experience!

First time trying Shipley’s egg, sausage, jalapeño, and cheese kolache—it’s definitely different from the usual but something I could see working into the rotation. Flavorful, with a nice little kick. I’m usually not a fan of filled donuts, but the strawberry-filled one won me over completely. Sweet, light, and indulgent without being too heavy. Been here before, but glad I branched out and tried some new favorites this visit.

Shipleys never disappoints me. You can't go wrong with some fresh hot glazed donuts. The donuts holes are like fries. They never make it to my job which is right down the street. The staff is always friendly.
