The last time I went to eat Slim Chicken it was great, and the food was GREAT. This time my chicken sandwich was dry and cold and didn't taste good. I asked for the meal, but he only charged me for a drink and sandwich. I also ordered a mac and cheese, and the toast was super cold, so I am not sure what happened today, but I hope it's not the new quality of food because I really liked it.

I only put one star for food because it taste ok but the price vs quantity sucks. I ordered 3 piece with okra did not want drink. The tenders were about a 1 to 1.5 inches long and well I am trying to post a picture of the meal but may have to put it on my page

Absolutely love slim chickens. Fried mushrooms are awesome! The wings and tenders are also excellent.
Best salad 🥗 i ever had. My daughter tried the mac and cheese she loved it. they also have fried pickles there they were yummy 😋

As my family and I were eating, we noticed an employee putting back together the inside components of the lemonade container. She had no gloves on, as she was touching her face, moving stuff around, hands all over the register in between going back and forth messing with the lemonade container. Even the I think manager right there watching/assisting her do this. After she had her dirty bare hands all in the inside of the lemonade container, she then proceeded to pour fresh lemonade inside. 🤢 this is unacceptable when working in the food industry. Having clean hands and gloves on while messing with the food and drink containers that customers drink from should be the utmost importance.

Got the 5 & 5 meal and a side of fried mushrooms. 10/10! Food was all hot, super fresh, and tasted amazing. We always get Ranch &Cayenne Ranch, but they have tons of sauces to choose from. Sweet tea is on point. I only wish there was one closer to my house.
Wish I could give this place zero stars. We ordered $60 of food to-go, including three Slims Salads with fried chicken. Drove twenty minutes home to find no chicken on the salads. Drove all the way back where the manager remade the salads yet comp’d us nothing. Any competent restaurant manager would comp something, maybe the entire meal. But this lady said “that’s not what we do”. I asked if making Slims Salads without chicken is what they normally do and she said “that was the gentleman in the back”. The one she should be accountable for? Terrible customer service. On a side note, this place has black mold in the ceiling tiles and should be shut down. I will be calling the Dept. of Health.

I love the fried mushrooms and pickles here! I don't always eat fast food, but when I do I like to know I'm at least eating real food. The chicken fingers are the bomb dot com! I'm also a fan of the different sauces and I like that I can get a little taste of them all without paying extra
HANDS DOWN BEST CHICKEN PLACE IN THE COUNTRY! First found this Gem in Arkansas, and 5 years later here in Texas I am still enjoying it as much as the first time, every time ❤️

Okay I just have to commend the youngsters at work here! They are amazing I really appreciate the customer service they give at this location all the times that I've been there each of the customer service folks are always aiming to please and no one ever messes up my order and it's always given with a smile I really appreciate that especially after a horrible week at work! Thank you team it's all about you guys and how hard you work also I have to say I really appreciate it :)
