Walked in at 9:21am, store was supposed to be open at 9:00am. Employee was very respective and communicative about his manager not scheduling him at 8:30am not 9:30am to have the store ready, he informed me that he will need a few minutes to get everything ready which I completely understand. It is completely ridiculous that the employee has to now rush to get everything prepared while customers wait to order. The manger’s nowhere to be seen on the premises to assist with their mistake.
Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products served and the different enhancers that are available.

Honestly disappointed, the employee who took care of my drink was on her phone from the point I walked in until I left. And my drink tasted completely off and nothing like what it normally does. I order a normal Angel food smoothies no substitutes or changes and it tasted horrible.

I come here often nearly everyday and my smoothies are always watery. I love smoothie king and this is the only location I face this problem at. This is closer to my job and it doesn’t make sense to constantly pay $10 for a cup of smoothie water.

I took my daughter here after swim practice on a Thursday evening 10 minutes before they closed, and the two young ladies wouldn’t take our order because “they already put everything in the back.” My daughter was so hungry and so disappointed. If you close at 8:00 pm, you should take orders until 8:00 pm.
