Inside the Kroger/ Worse service I've ever had at Starbucks. Alexandria started by asking me if I wanted my receipt. I said yes. She didn't reach out, so I took it myself as it was hanging in front of me. Alexandria told me that next time I needed to let her get it because the cash drawer was open and she didn't know what I was going to do!! She's apparently scared of little 60 yr old women. I couldn't even reach the cash drawer! Then I asked for a little more cream because I couldn't even taste it. She handed me some in a cup and proceeded to tell me, "Just so you know .. I already gave you more than I'm supposed to!" Alexandria should not be working with the public. She's very rude! Next time, I'll be sure to go to my favorite coffee truck,Inspira instead. My drink would have been $1 cheaper there with great service. Plus they happily give me all the cream I want with a smile!

I went here to get some Starbucks a week ago. They made my drinks and had the mop bucket near my drinks at pickup and it made me really upset.I thought that was unprofessional and I won’t be back.

Bartista is always outside smoking and very rude. She claims she is the only one working and has not had a cigarette break. The older lady always claims the espresso machine is broken.I also love the she takes her smoke break right at noon time when half off drinks start at 12 noon. Some people have very little time on lunch break. So this makes it inconvenient to have to wait til she is finished with her cigarettes break. The older lady with short curly hair is the RUDE ONE. You will know when you see her

The barista was really rude. I walked in knowing I wanted to purchase a cup that was on sale. I asked her for the price just to be sure that it was still on sale and she told me the price is at the bottom. I was like I know I understand that, but can you please just scan it and then she’s like it’s 2499 and then she scan and she’s like oh 99 she’s like 18 and I’m like OK. I was like I would like to get it and she was like well, you have to without being used or damaged and I was sick and said she’s like I have to tell you purchased receipt and give it to you yesterday afternoon was really nice and was I’m not sure her name she has short hair and she’s wearing like white headphones I will be there in the morning anymore

Overpriced.... but I don't care, I like it! I get the same venti-mocha-frappe with 2 extra shots and double blended, skip the cool whip. Service is as expected at a Starbucks....always fast and friendly.

The Starbucks is inside of Kroger in LA Porte. My usual place for buying groceries and rewarding myself with a coffee after shopping.
Parking: Large parking lot that haves multiple businesses
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a rampstyle sidewalk with plenty of room at the doorway. Bistro chairs and tables to accommodate a wheelchair
