Ordered through app, which was a colossal waste of time. Supposed to be ready for pick up at 12:05, wasnt even started until after I had been in restaraunt for 10 min. Waited an additional 15 only to find upon getting the order home that not one sandwich out of five was correct. Can't get a call back from management. It's jersey Mike's, or firehouse subs from now on.

Unless you speak Spanish and only Spanish don’t bother coming here.. it’s an absolute shit show.. nobody speaks English well enough to get an order correct.. line out the door, wrong portion sizes

I’ve never seen a subway sandwich so skinny in my entire life. It’s like the sandwich is on ozempic & they used regular bread not Italian herb And cheese. Can’t even call customer service because it sent me straight to a voicemail. My sandwich also only had half mayo and mustard on one side of the sandwich and the other was dry as heck

I should have left, because the workers were having difficulty understanding ENGLISH! How are you going to have 2 people working together and both not be able to understand ENGLISH? The food wasn't much better than them not understanding me. I won't be returning to this location. I don't recommend anyone going here, unless you're bilingual.

There was an individual by the name of Jose who completely ignored me. I waited 10 minutes while he was in the back talking to his coworker but could clearly see me. The moment another gentleman came in, he greeted him and I had to mention i was there first while he gave an annoying glare. Never going to this location again.

I got food poisoning from this location. 30 mins after consuming my sub I was vomiting non stop, had fever, chills and almost had to go to the ER. Couldn't go to work for a few days due to severe stomach pain.

Order the cold cut combo and they didn't put that 1 meat on it. And no condiments, no cheese. The bread was dry and stale.

The server was very sullen, did not listen to my request for mayo on the bread, and was skimpy when placing veggies on my sandwich. I actually had to ask for more. No smile or thank you from her.
