My wife went here today and ordered a foot long sub. She said that the person who was making the sandwich literally took meat back off the sub and the counted the slices of meat that were left on the sub before continuing with making it. The sandwich was an Italian BMT that my wife normally orders at the Subway off Fairmont and she ordered it the exact same way and it turned out not tasting nowhere near what it taste like when ordered at other Subways we’ve ordered this same sandwich the exact same way at other Subways we’ve been to in the past. Avoid this Subway like a plague/ does not deserve to remain in business… Subway alone is already pricey as it is … so us hard working people out here are at least expecting to get our bang for our buck for a dang SANDWICH that we can literally make at our house if we we’re not interested in paying for the convenience of someone else making it for us!! PLEASE CLOSE THIS LOCATION DOWN!!

This is for subway as a whole, you can't order online and receive the offer because the system doesn't say if it's a location participating in the deal. But when you look it up it say it does on your system but doesn't except the offer. The store itself Is cool I always have problems ordering online now im forced to eat sonics instead of my health choice.

Worst customer service! The ladies work there need some sort of training interacting with customers!!! Omg not coming back! I did place a complain at the corporate! Having all these bad reviews why management does not pay attention to this!!!!! Agreed with all comments here… why the owner does not see this? Why these ladies working here who refuses customer services!!!! Worst

Hands down the worst subway I have ever been to. Ordered 3 footlongs and one 6 inch. If I took the meat off all 4 sandwiches it would have been enough for maybe one footlong. If I wasn't in a hurry I would have just told them to forget it. Don't waste your time or money here as you are not going to get a good sandwich. The employees not being able to understand English did not help either.

Ordered through app, which was a colossal waste of time. Supposed to be ready for pick up at 12:05, wasnt even started until after I had been in restaraunt for 10 min. Waited an additional 15 only to find upon getting the order home that not one sandwich out of five was correct. Can't get a call back from management. It's jersey Mike's, or firehouse subs from now on.
