Ordered the $9 Luxe Box. Smh! Taco Bell you ruined it by shrinking the Chalupas. You literally get bigger portions w/the $5 box. 1st the burrito lost its size and flavor. Now the Chalupas.. yall are going backwards

I hardly ever do fastfood reviews because 9 out 10 they're mostly all the same just ok. This one really opened up my eyes the food was really good. This one is definitely different from other locations. The staff that prepare the food were A1.

Waited what seemed like an eternity for my stuff with several other people, nobody came to the front counter for 15 minutes, and when someone did, he thought we were all uber or doordash and walked away before we could tell him we weren’t, it also seems like they cared more about the drive thru than the front counter, i understand it gets busy, but nobody greeted us at all to atleast tell us they would be with us, also the drink i got wasnt even the right drink, i wanted the limited dirty baja blast, and i showed the person my receipt and they just said “you’re good”. I told them its supposed to be the dirty baja drink, but they just kept saying you’re good. They were just trying to rush me out of there. Terrible customer service, and horrible atmosphere. DONT GO TO THIS TACO BELL!!!!

A sarcastic and passive aggressive Man/Woman working the drive thru, forgot my wife’s gordita. Then talked very snobby about me pulling back thru to the window without stopping at the menu, EVEN THOUGH there were no cars in the line whatsoever. Very lame dude..Or home girl..

Irritated as hell you place your order and then they turn around and repeat it to you so when you get to the window you have your order and you check it.. imagine going all the way home and finding out that there are items still missing from your bag when you waste your gas to go back there and say hey I missed this out of my bag they'll look at you right in your face and say oh no you didn't oh this just happened this just happened meanwhile you're missing $5 $6 worth of food. And the audacity they have the nerve to get an attitude when you pull back up and tell them what they did not put in your bag... Tried calling the manager no one will pick up... Food is always terrible never hot.....

I got tacos here three times in the last 5 days during the electrical outage in the Laporte area and all three times the food was terrible there was no lettuce there was no cheese there was less contents on each taco they were definitely not like I'm used to in the past I approached the manager about the situation and she denied they were doing anything different well they certainly did it three times in a row with the food I ordered and not real happy the way she handled the situation I think people are very hungry during these times and they're already stressed out they just want the tacos to taste like they used to taste before the storm blew through

The food was just thrown in the bag. Our quesadillas weren't cut and folded in half in each bag. Nothing was fresh but it tasted okay.
