Quite literally the epitome of why Taco Bell needs to fail as a corporation! Literally the worst service ever and I can’t even blame the employees, they are covered in sweat and working their tails off. They are short staffed and instead of corporate fixing the problems and hiring more people they just add kiosk and ai order and expect the store to run the same with less employees.

“In 2022, Mark King, then-CEO of the Taco Bell division, received a total compensation of over $5.3 million” all while the employees can’t make a living wage and have to deal with justifiably upset customers.

I don’t normally leave reviews for fast food, but this Taco Bell deserves the praise. Every time I visit, the food is served fresh, hot, and exactly how I ordered it—which honestly isn’t always a given these days. The customer service is also consistently kind, quick, and professional. You can tell the team takes pride in getting it right, and that makes a difference.

It’s clear that this location is well-run and well-staffed. Whether I’m doing a quick pickup or taking a few minutes to enjoy my food, I always leave satisfied. It’s the small things—accuracy, good energy, and attention to detail—that set this Taco Bell apart. Just wanted to say thank you and give credit where it’s due!

Aww I usually love coming to yall but maybe feelings got hurt bc I asked to speak to someone bc the automic speaking device ( not sure proper name ) wasn't getting order correct. So yall double folded my quesadilla and put the extra in extra with the jalapeño sauce lmao 🤣 and no I wasn't being a Karen but when you hear me and the automatic robot going back n forth with order maybe step in and say something? Lol

Pretty sure I heard a man saying some bs in the background too lol .. I used to work at taco bell back in 2012 and never did some bs like this with someone's food.. but I mostly did drive thru and it's not hard go multi task . But before this all was good. But I feel like someone's being salty in the back

Everything has gone automated. Argued with a robot for 2 minutes about getting the order correct. Finally a human came to assist. Will not be using this location. I prefer humans not kiosks and robots

People cannot seem to get the orders right I. Guess they don't speak English. for sweet tea. You get regular tea, you tell them Diablo sauce, they give you no sauce.

Ordered the $9 Luxe Box. Smh! Taco Bell you ruined it by shrinking the Chalupas. You literally get bigger portions w/the $5 box. 1st the burrito lost its size and flavor. Now the Chalupas.. yall are going backwards

I hardly ever do fastfood reviews because 9 out 10 they're mostly all the same just ok. This one really opened up my eyes the food was really good. This one is definitely different from other locations. The staff that prepare the food were A1.

Waited what seemed like an eternity for my stuff with several other people, nobody came to the front counter for 15 minutes, and when someone did, he thought we were all uber or doordash and walked away before we could tell him we weren’t, it also seems like they cared more about the drive thru than the front counter, i understand it gets busy, but nobody greeted us at all to atleast tell us they would be with us, also the drink i got wasnt even the right drink, i wanted the limited dirty baja blast, and i showed the person my receipt and they just said “you’re good”. I told them its supposed to be the dirty baja drink, but they just kept saying you’re good. They were just trying to rush me out of there. Terrible customer service, and horrible atmosphere. DONT GO TO THIS TACO BELL!!!!
