I have gone to this Taco Bell for 3 years now and it's by far one of the best and most consistent locations I've ever been to. Not once have they missed an item or gotten my order wrong. They have proper serving sizes and are very friendly. I've gone at all hours of the day: lunch, dinner, midnight snack, and they're always kind and do my order right.

I understand employees are going to visit, but I asked three times if the certain item was in the bag and or box and each time the person said yes without checking even though he was not the person who packaged it. I checked the bag and boxes and it was not there. I went back and asked for a manager and the person ignored me. I called and the person that ignored me answered the phone and said he was the manager. I tried to explain to him the situation and he rudely answered back “so what do you want. I am busy right now.” I told him I was calling headquarters and rudely said call them.
If he had the other employees helping instead of messing around, he wouldn’t be so busy.
So they can't get a simple order correct. Ordered a medium Mt. Dew and the 2 new burrito dippers and then changed one sauce to the avocado ranch and 6 packets of mild sauce. I got a Baja Blast and 2 Chipotle sauces, NO avocado ranch, 2 mild sauce packets, and not a single napkin in my bag. And these people want to be paid for messing up orders that they literally just have to read what you order on the app because apparently now they are all too lazy to take your order. It's either order on the app or at their kiosk in the dining room or go through the drive-thru. Won't go back to this location again.
