I stopped by to grab food after a long 12-hour shift, only to come home and find my fries and burger completely cold—the cheese on the burger wasn’t even melted. I waited 35 minutes for this meal, only to be disappointed.
I called the store to let them know about the issue, but the customer service I received was incredibly poor. I was told I had to bring the food back in, with no offer to remake the meal at a later time or issue a refund or credit. After the long wait and cold food, the lack of accountability was frustrating.
This experience was unacceptable. I expect better service and quality from your establishment

This place used to be my goto whataburger, but in the last few years I’ve only watched it go downhill. From food taking 30+ minutes in the drive thru and it still coming out cold. Rude customer service and employees actively complaining about their job while you wait for your order, Prices going up. Every time I come here now I regret it. I’d give it 0 stars if I could, don’t bother coming here

My burger was the most delicious it has been in a while! So fresh and perfectly set veggies... so good. The employees looked overwhelmed and unorganized, but they stayed friendly and helpful. This was evening shift between 5 p and 7 p

As I write this review my curbside order was supposed to be ready by 8:05am it is now 8:30am. Who has time for this?? I have never waited so long for 1 chicken strip basket. This is ridiculous. I guess I'm going to have to go in here and find my food. But I promise that will be the last time I order from here. There's too many other restaurants with decent service

Only one in line, ordered a single patty burger and waited 15 minutes. Didn’t even order a double, nice staff but this location is horrible. Ain’t the first time either, Whataburger definitely isn’t what it used to be.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I order from my app and I prefer to eat at the restaurant but my last 5 orders have been disappointing- cold fries are an insult from a burger place and I am not going to continue eating at this location if it continues to happen because what actually angers me more is when I return the cold fries and less than 50% of my “new “ fries are Hot How do they they think that is ok??? 😡

Super friendly staff, store was decently clean for being 6am. The only issue is online ordering. This Whataburger has a problem with having them on time. Have placed a couple of orders online, and they are never ready according to the time frame given.
