Ordered through door dash and was missing a kids meal. Door dash said they were told everything was there. Called the store and snarky manager said I’d have to come up there or get a refund from door dash. Hmmm, refund, guess that grandkid can go without food tonight, right? The whole point of door dash was so I wouldn’t have to get out but sure I’ll drive up there to pick up my food that YOU forgot to put in my order. I’ve seen all the negative reviews about that whataburger but thought I’d give it a chance, so that was my mistake I guess. Horrible customer service doesn’t even begin to describe it. And now I’m sitting here eating my cold dinner since I had to pick up my grandsons food. Next I’ll be looking up contact info for all the corporate contacts as well as putting reviews on every possible media platform. Hopefully the upper management actually still cares about customer experiences and good service.

Went and spent 40 dollars for my family to eat ordered SWEET TEA with all 3 meals. Received my tea UNSWEETENED. Kindly told the window cashier that it was unsweetened he went to “change” it brought back unsweetened tea again. Then proceeds to take all 3 drink and POUR SUGAR into the drink leaving a slush of sugar at the bottom of 2 large drink and my daughters CHILDS drink. All while the manager is standing right there. Great job whataburger. Ended up leaving without any drinks only food. And no comment or address from the manager that was standing again RIGHT THERE!

It is a Saturday morning at 9:54. We have been sitting in the drive thru for 25+ minutes! I have never been sat this long at a whataburger! The food was hot and fresh. The girl who took our order and handed our was polite. But 30 on the drive thru??? Need to do better!

Several visits and nothing has changed, they hop on that struggle bus and ride it to the woods only to get stuck in the mud. Service is god awful no matter which choice you make, drive thru, curbside or dine in. The food consistently is slopped together by incompetent staff and smothered with sauces with deliberate intention to screw up the order. Despite repeated efforts to bring it to their attention, nothing gets better.

Online Ordering. They will not bring it out to you. Had to go into store to get. They say they were not notified that I had arrived. The APP had my position and number and accepted that I had arrived. In reality they just put it in the pick up area, just seems like they didn’t want to bring it out.
