Great food! Super fresh and the salsa was amazing!
It was Cinco de Mayo and the restaurant was full and a lot of noisy live music. Due to the crowd the service was expectedly slow with some mistakes.
I knew this would be a great place to take some friends who had never been to Texas before and wanted to experience non-chain Tex-Mex. The neighborhood, building, decor, staff and quality of food was perfect. However, the mirachi band is too much. Way too loud. It doesn't need to be so loud. It was if the horns had to prove they could play loudly. I get it, when a mirachi band is playing you don't have conversation, but wow, it doesn't have to be so overwhelming.
