Pretty standard mexican food. Service was not great but what to you expect in this area. Prices seemed high. Will be back one day.

Our favorite Tex-Mex place in La Vernia. The food is always great and the tortillas are awesome!

The service staff seems to change quickly, requiring a continuous learning curve for the new people, but at least they are working and trying to learn.

Disappointed that the prices do not match the menus, as a customer, that’s very dishonest of management. I asked before we ordered if prices are correct? Was told yes but when we paid the prices were different. I know to some people this might not be a big deal but the dishonesty really makes you not want to come back. There should be no surprises when you pay. It was simple tacos too. Just a heads up for anyone who would like to know. Thank you.

Horrible service
Everyone has bad days but taking it out on customers isn't the answer

It was a terrible experience. The food was way too salty, it also took way too long to be served. The place was not crowded and the server did not even come to check on us once after she took our order. The food is very affordable but definitely nothing worth it.

Fine service and okay environment but the food was subpar. It was very reasonably priced though.

Super delicious carne guisada, which i got as puffy tacos.

Menudo was thick and very dark. service wasn't that good.

Evening meal service is poor. The waitress was overwhelmed and didn't serve our food until it was cold. She served others that ordered after we did. The food was cold and overcooked.

Parking: Parking is limited to the front area of restaurant off busy Hwy 87. No ramp for wheelchairs.

Ordered take out for breakfast today. Ordered tacos and menudo. Was given the menudo in a paper bag that didn’t up hold the large menudo and the menudo ended up tearing through the bag and spilled everything right outside the door. Who packs menudo in a paper bag? That should have been packed in a plastics bag. Went inside to advise the girl at the register and got charged for another $12+ menudo. SMH. Was asked if I needed a receipt and I said yes, the girl continued to assist other customers instead of just printing me a receipt I waiting approx 12 min for my receipt and my menudo and had to tell them to pack it in a plastics bag. So then I get home and the serving of menudo is mainly soup and bones from the pigs feet. On top of that it was salty. Will never ordered menudo which ended up costing a total of $24. I should have not been charged for another menudo.
Usually the food is good but today was a total fail.
