I decided to treat myself to a kid’s burger.
The first thing I noticed is that the young man taking my order obviously did NOT want to be there. Nonetheless, he took my order and we exchanged pleasantries when he took the money.
Then.
This is what I got.
Where is the problem?
No one wants to work?
Is this an employee problem or a management problem.
Great teams require greater leaders!
