Very unhappy with the service, I went to the drive through and order a 6 pc chicken tenders. They forgot the order, drove back to get my order and all I got was 3 pc chicken tenders with overload of fries and 2 white gravy. Very disappointed and horrible experience.

Sad how much Dairy Queen has gone downhill from a great treat in the last 10 years, I'm 22 and I remember when blizzards were held upside down longer than a second and you had to actually slowly pick at it with how cold/solid it was. Now it's slightly chunky expensive milkshakes you have to put in the freezer instantly. Maintain the machinery at colder temp? I'd kinda like my husband to have his money back, bad experience for not returning in the last 5+ years.

Went through drive threw for a blizzard a little before 6pm. Three cars ahead of me and the line hasn't moved in over 10min. AVOID DRIVE THREW if you expect fast service. Edit: almost 30min in drive threw. They did the flip for the blizzard but the ice-cream was super soft like it had been sitting on the counter a while when I got it.

Stopped at this DQ on 6/22/2025 around 5pm and we ordered for family if 6. It seemed like just minutes a day we had our order. This is the fastest DQ I think I've ever been to. Staff was helpful and fast.
Love to get there crispy tacos here they make them with enough meat and lettuce and cheese. Staff has always been friendly and cooperative. Thank you for always treating me right.

Ordered a blizzard and a parfait and when I got my items the blizzard was already melted it was dripping when they handed it to me. They didn't even flip it upside down. Didn't even make it home before it was almost completed melted.

Although I went thru the drive thru I have to say I do a lot of blogs on places. I went there ordered steak finger basket got chicken strips instead not to mention with just a few fries in the box. I should have looked thru all the orders but I didn’t order just for me it was for the family as well. Every basket was chicken fingers. One box had no fries at all. Will I go there again I want to say I give places second chances but idk yet. For my order to be over $50 I would expect at least to get what I ordered.
