We ordered a 1/2 pepperoni and. Bacon and 1/2 sausage, bacon, snd cheese. pitiful. So disappointed. My half was a piece of pepperoni and a tiny piece of bacon on each piece. No joking here. Have witnesses.

Sadly ordering online for carry out did not give an option to leave a tip when I paid for it. I Did not reach person picking up order fast enough to left him know to leave a tip. He just knew it was paid for. They had mixed up or order when he got there and quickly made him two new pizzas. He walked in the house praising this location. We felt terrible that we didn’t leave them the tip they deserved. Catch ya next time guys!

Every time I order from here it has been the best pizza from a chain restaurant that we’ve had! Pizza is cooked perfect, and never have any issues. All the staff is friendly and been easy to work with. I will always order from here when we are wanting pizza. Thank y’all.

UPDATED REVIEW-10/12/23- the owner and the GM took the time to reach out to me and apologize for the inconvenience. They’re also going to remake the pizza when I’m ready for it. That’s why I changed my review from 3 stars to 5 stars because of the customer service. Once I get the next pizza (and use the advice of the owner to ask for it to be well done), i’ll provide an update on the next pizza.My dad has been craving pizza for a while so I ordered him a handmade pizza and picked it up. Got back to eat it and it was just full of grease in the center of the pizza. It was to the point that the crust was not even stable and able to be picked up. I’m in San Antonio and order the handmade pizzas all the time, I have never had one come out that way. Maybe it’s just growing pains, hopefully it will get better.
We ordered a large pizza and we went and picked it up (because they don’t deliver in our neighborhood) without looking at it, but when we arrived home, it was the wrong pizza. I called and spoke to the manager n he profusely apologized and said they would make another one and if we can go back and pick it up ….. we said no we would not be able to…. So he offered to deliver the pizza to us even though they do not deliver in our neighborhood… it arrived in 30 minutes and we were very happy and we tipped the young driver $5.00 and he was very appreciative…. Now that is what I call customer service !!! Great job y’all and it was hot and tasty too !!

Wonderful experience twice now. Ordered their gluten free veggie pizza option both times and they were spot on.They even offered to run it though the oven on parchment paper to help with allergen issues. They were wonderful!Thank you!Thank you!Thank you!We'll order often, we promise.I felt bad for the staff having to listen to that annoying alarm in the store that tells them they have a new online order though. That would drive me bonkers.
