Old country service at your finest. Kids still have respect on saying yes maam and no maam. Service a little slow but worth the wait.

I have been here multiple times and waited more than 35 minutes for my food. I’ve been to the drive through and been told that it would be 10 minutes before I even ordered. On previous visits, my food has been thrown together without care requiring assembly upon opening. The management is terrible, and the owners absent. Go to any of the nearby fast food restaurants for a better experience.

I am not a big McDonald's fan but I like this one. They are always friendly and quick with my orders.
I usually won't go to McDonald's but this location is the exception to the rule!!

At all these places I usually like breakfast I'm not really a hamburger type person a chicken sandwich type person or a vegetarian at all. I'm more of a breakfast type person and a dessert ice cream type person my sweet tea rocks number one of all teas. It's very hard to beat them. Cuz sometimes you wonder if there's any tea in the sugar.... That makes the perfect tea especially with a lot of ice.

This McDonald’s has no sense of respect for costumers. I ordered a mc chicken and said large and they gave me a small everything including drink so I said it was a large they come out with a large coke when it was wrong and I said no a large doctor pepper so she goes back and says it’s a large doctor pepper I try it… it was the same coke didnt bother to change it and just lied. The food had brown lettuce all in it. Just absolutely disgusting.

Totally awesome visit today. I usually come at night time but had to work so i cam in during the day and i enjoyed it!!! The service was awesome and the customer service was fast especially with Kyndall H. I just wish she was a little louder but she's so kind and amazning. Thx for the great visit

Came through during the day on thursday and this young polite lady Kyndall H took care of me very well, There was a co-worker and managers yelling at her while she took me order i feel awful she was being yelled at. She's an amazing, kind and hard worker thank you for your kind service and interacting with my daughter i really appreciate it!!!

It's absolutely crazy as we seem to be getting trained not to look and / or care about customer service. I felt really bad trying to make a point after at 5:45 am. Friday morning, I am sitting in the drive thru waiting for someone to take my order, thinking maybe they are closed. After 10 real minutes, I pulled up to the pay window, thinking they didn't know I was there. After another 10, maybe 15 minutes seeing 4 different people inside moving about, one getting and sipping a coffee when a car pulls up behind, and yes, here comes an employee to the window with an order. I explained that I had tried to order with no one noticing I was even there. She the employee then started on this well I'm the only person here and, at which point I tried to explain that's all good and all except that really isn't the customers problem (well it was but I think you understand what I am trying to explain) anyway she then said also I'm working the truck by myself again I tried to say something along the lines that they needed more people. By the way, I saw at least 4 other employees, and yes, they may not have been on the clock, which is my point, really. Anyway, no customer service is just becoming the norm everywhere. All in all, this location is just a normal McDonald's, and when I say normal, I do mean very little customer service. Just accept it and move on, I guess.

Service was better than normal , but still dirty, slow, and incorrect orders .
We only go here for the playplace, which has been hot lately.
Slowest McDonald’s ever, takes 30 plus minutes for a kids meal and 10 piece nugget. Manager kept checking her phone like she had another job waiting for her. She needs a bigger shirt as well. Can’t cancel my mobile order because they already put it down as picked up. Waste of time waste of money. Half the staff are just walking around acting like they are doing something.
