Waited over an hour for my order and was refunded my money after arguing with the worker about their mess up.
No apology and they kept my tip!!
We had lunch there today, and met the new manager Marie (I think?) who has only been there a few weeks. She is seriously turning this place around. There were about a dozen diners, and we experienced good service, a clean environment, very good pizza served hot, and she checked on all tables several times.
I know this place has been getting bad reviews, but the new manager is truly making a difference to change all the bad rap reasons.
