This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered online and received the wrong thing. The first time I ordered a foot long and a 6” was delivered. The 2nd time my sandwich was completely not what I ordered and I had to wait an hour. Not sure how hard it is to make the correct sandwich since it is typed out. Get with it.

This is the SECOND time that I’ve gone to this store after ordering on the APP (very easy to use, you spell out EXACTLY what you want and how you want it) and receiving a completely different sandwich than what I ordered. Oh and a long black and silver curly hair wrapped up in it as well, in case that wasn’t enough. There’s only 2 PEOPLE making sandwiches during lunch rush hour, and it’s not like I can cut the line to have them fix my wrong sandwich, so now I have to WAIT IN LINE for 15 MINUTES. WHICH I WOULD HAVE COMPLETELY AVOIDED IF THEY JUST **used the app correctly in the first place** . Super frustrating, especially because I get 30 minutes for lunch break, so I didn’t even get to eat and now I’m pissed about it. So DO NOT USE THE APP AT ALL!!!!!!! UNLESS YOU’RE COOL WITH MAKING MULTIPLE TRIPS TO THE STORE UNTIL THEY MIRACULOUSLY GET IT RIGHT. Annoying.

Drove 20 20 miles to get dinner and the app wouldn't allow the proper prices for the new promo. Cameron went above and beyond to help me and then made it right when we both couldn't figure it out. Fantastic customer service and attitude. I will come back because of him.

The server had a beard goatee thing and it was not covered and he was reaching in doing the sandwiches getting the meat and the vegetables I came in the next day I asked the manager about it and she said I guess they don't have to cover it up very unprofessional up there

So I haven't been to a subway in years, busy schedules and my kids not being a fan of a healthy choice of eating. That being said, I went to the one in lavernia I use to go there for years, and knew almost everyone there which was great. Things definitely have changed in the sense of portion control when it come to the adding of sides, I can also see where some stating a person who made their sandwich was rude when they made their sandwhich, but the girl who made mine was kind and nice the other one who made my husband not so much hahaha. The sandwiches were great, but things with adding more of certain things like lettuce cost more which is a sad, but I get with inflation the cost of product goes up. So because of portion control is why I put 4 stars. The girl who made my sandwhich and the service she provided it would be 5, just portion control was what took a star off.

Parking: Where it's located parking is a bit difficult especially with a large vehicle like a truck.

Ordered 3 sandwiches last night, all made perfectly. I've come to this location 4 times now, and received excellent service with great food during all my trips. This is literally the only subway I'll order from. Chance is a star employee, and should be recognized for his hard work. I would definitely recommend this store to others.
