Upon entering the store whoever worked at 2:57pm on 8-31-25 was TOTALLY rude,unprofessional and NASTY BEHIND THE LINE…There wasn’t ANY customers in the inside so the nasty floors BEHIND the line was ridiculous…Her whole attitude was uncalled for..Do better Subway

The older lady in the counter is rude and she does not acknowledge you and when she does she does it with attitude. I would not recommend this place

My DAV wife ordered from here earlier today and had it delivered. The order was wrong, not a big deal, but the managers response was outrageous. Lupe wanted my wife to bring the wrong portion of the order back for an exchange! I called and spoke to the manager myself in disbelief that she wanted the incorrect portion of the order back, and she actually did... I guess to resale, hint illegal to do with food, or more likely to throw away. So we paid for delivery, and because Subway got the order wrong, we now have to come exchange the food or pay for another door dash. Making the customer pay for your mistake is not a good business practice, not to mention the very combative phone conversation. Won't be going back here for a while. Bad attitude and not sure if they are selling me someone else's mistake.

Didn't get it how I ordered it. I asked for tosted and it was not asked for pickels and got three the size of a dime my tomatos were all the ends one was were the stem was the chicken was in golf ball size chunks and had no sause. When I entered the lady looked at me and just said what you want. I don't think she even had gloves. Gross.

Placed order online. Showed up 1 minute before I was supposed to pick it up, and they hadn't even started it. 15 minutes later, they had sloppily put it together and gave it to me with no apology for being late and making me late for my next appointment. If your wondering, there was no other customers in the store when I got there, and only one walked in about 5 minutes into my wait.
Icing on the cake, I called the number on the receipt it said to call to leave feedback. The number just directed me to the website I had ordered from. When I went to the section to leave feedback, it said click here to continue, but it didn't work. Sad!

We ordered and had our food delivered. Both our orders were wrong put on the wrong bread, not toasted, soggy, and literally the bread so stake you could hardly even chew it. I called in to speak to the manager and was Immediately put on hold. They never returned to the call after Ten mins I hung up. This was horrible food as well as horrible customer service, and I threw $28 in the garbage can!! I will never say anything good about this place and advise anyone, go anyplace but here!!

Order a turkey sandwich. Lettuce was Snow White. Menu board showed $6.19 6 inch. Lady rung up my order was $6.59. When I brought it to her attention she said well it’s $6.59. Even though sign said otherwise. Can see why this subway is rated at 3.3. Sad

This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered online and received the wrong thing. The first time I ordered a foot long and a 6” was delivered. The 2nd time my sandwich was completely not what I ordered and I had to wait an hour. Not sure how hard it is to make the correct sandwich since it is typed out. Get with it.

This is the SECOND time that I’ve gone to this store after ordering on the APP (very easy to use, you spell out EXACTLY what you want and how you want it) and receiving a completely different sandwich than what I ordered. Oh and a long black and silver curly hair wrapped up in it as well, in case that wasn’t enough. There’s only 2 PEOPLE making sandwiches during lunch rush hour, and it’s not like I can cut the line to have them fix my wrong sandwich, so now I have to WAIT IN LINE for 15 MINUTES. WHICH I WOULD HAVE COMPLETELY AVOIDED IF THEY JUST **used the app correctly in the first place** . Super frustrating, especially because I get 30 minutes for lunch break, so I didn’t even get to eat and now I’m pissed about it. So DO NOT USE THE APP AT ALL!!!!!!! UNLESS YOU’RE COOL WITH MAKING MULTIPLE TRIPS TO THE STORE UNTIL THEY MIRACULOUSLY GET IT RIGHT. Annoying.

Drove 20 20 miles to get dinner and the app wouldn't allow the proper prices for the new promo. Cameron went above and beyond to help me and then made it right when we both couldn't figure it out. Fantastic customer service and attitude. I will come back because of him.

The server had a beard goatee thing and it was not covered and he was reaching in doing the sandwiches getting the meat and the vegetables I came in the next day I asked the manager about it and she said I guess they don't have to cover it up very unprofessional up there

My server had a beard and no facial masks on, it didn't keep from his facial hair from falling into other sandwiches. I'm sure this isn't health code.
