Ordered 3 sandwiches last night, all made perfectly. I've come to this location 4 times now, and received excellent service with great food during all my trips. This is literally the only subway I'll order from. Chance is a star employee, and should be recognized for his hard work. I would definitely recommend this store to others.

Picked up lunch for sweet grandson. The staff was very friendly. The food was fresh and my grand son was disappointed that they no longer have black olives. He enjoyed his lunch!

They keep using dirty knifes to cut the sandwich, it's happened a few times but today was the worst. The knife was covered in sauce from the previous customer and still used it to cut both sandwiches we got. Absolutely

Went there to order four sub sandwiches. They told my 10-year-old son that he couldn’t have ten pickles on his 6” turkey sub with no cheese because they are “cutting back on costs.” We walked out with three of the four sandwiches on the line. How’s that for cutting costs?We drove straight to the Cibolo Subway where my kid got exactly 10 pickles on his sandwich. We won’t be stopping at the La Vernia subway ever again.

Worst Subway experience ever. The assistant manager, Drake, refused to give me extra onions on the sandwich as well as extra Mayo. He said they were under strict portion control. Why pay a premium for a sandwich that isn't made the way you want it. I will not be back to that location ever again.
Was told could not put extra onions on my footlong sandwich yet they put extra tomatoes on the guy's sandwich in front of me ........ Will not step foot in that Subway

Just went to Subway here in La Vernia and went to order my normal sandwich with extra black olives. I was told since it's a 6 in that they are only allowed to place 3 olives on the sandwich. Spoke to Lee the manager whom is extremely arrogant and explained to him that I've been ordering the same sandwich for awhile. His statement is " well I don't know what to tell you that's what we're told to do cause we are trying to cut back on cost." I told him nevermind I just won't get the sandwich so I guess you'll be wasting more product since you have to throw it away, his statement was "I guess so."Subway in La Vernia just lost a regular customer.

There's an employee there who had the best attitude even when it's super busy. He's an older employee and has the greatest service. He always makes sure to take care of his customers. Great employee.

Whoever the young lady is, who was working around 1:20 pm, is amazing! She took my order over my father's phone, my fathers suffered a stroke, and has a hard time understanding. She was quick and very professional and kind. God bless her!! I hope she is appreciated at this job because I truly appreciate all she did for us today ?Again today, the ladies there are angels! So kind Ave helpful, I can't thank them enough. They are attentive and patient, and I wish they'd get some kind of recognition for all they do!

We’ve been coming here for the past two years and it has been touch and go with service. Well today was exceptional from both of the individuals here. The young man was polite and offered details for something my husband has been ordering for a few days. The other gentleman was smiling and greeted our family with so much kindness. He was also polite and concerned with our food after we started eating. Overall we are happy with the change in service and attitude in this place.
