One of my favorite food places but this one messes up a lot I order the same thing at least twice a week tell them exactly how I want it and if I ask for extra sour crème or chicken they don’t do it and if I say no tomatoes they still put it I have to pay a few dollars for stuff I don’t even get

I don't understand why I expect them to be like taco bell used to be...I ordered nacho fries and I have to pay extra .45 for 5 jalapeño slices? Shouldn't it come with jalapeños? Oh and 6 tiny pieces of chicken.. really 5.99 for wilted cold French fries.. the Diablo sauce was the only thing good in the whole meal..

I have been to this taco bell a few times and decided to write a review. This is by far the cleanest and most friendliest taco bell I have been to in many years. The food is prepared by people who care and not just slopped together like most of the others I have been to. I highly recommend this taco bell!

Great location.....they never screw up my order, and are always amazing when I come through!
No heat in the lobby! Freezing in here. Employee said "when we turn on the heat it smells like gas". The manager said "it's broken". Jeez louise....oh, and you can't order at the register, you have to order off the screen. So freeze old people out after they have trouble ordering....

You walk in and there is a touch screen to order from after 10 minutes of this I get my order in and pay it ask for a tip . If a person had help me I could see leaving a tip . Why do I pay retail for food when I do half the work . Yes the workers make your order but if there is a problem they say that what you order!

The people that work here are so nice and always seem like they’re in a good mood even when it’s pretty busy. The girls that work the drive thru always write positive notes on the receipt like “Have a blessed day” and it is just the sweetest thing. I don’t care for fast food but when I am craving something or need food in a hurry I always choose the Taco Bell because I know atleast the service is gonna be a good experience and the people cheer me up just seeing them in a good mood. Y’all keep it up and God bless all the workers!
