Hey y'all this place has great food! The best part of my visit was Jerry he goes above and beyond and really sweet. I like his attitude there and as a person. Made sure everything was fresh and was patient. Thank you very much guys for the service and food

Food was great. Workers were pleasant as always. Spent $36 for 3 people. They have never messed up my order (side- eye to other fast food restaurants). They even remember the ketchup and napkins!

Gary was so good to me he was so nice by tasting the drink because the last time i went thru the dr pepper had to much syrup in it and so i had ask if he would taste it for me and he was completely honest and thats what you need in the fast food industry and that makes me want to come here more often THANK YOU

Curb side order was 30 minutes late. The food must have been sitting for a while it was soggy. I went inside 3 times asking about the order but they ssid they are working on it. The third time i went in he pulls it out from under the counter. I know it was sitting under there the whole time. Don't plan to go back.

Curbside, they keep slipping. They keep overlooking curbside orders. This is the 3rd time I've had to call them & tell them I'm still waiting for my orders.

They proceeded to hand me the wrong food, I should have checked it, that is my fault. I drove all the way home which is a 15 minute drive then realized it was the wrong order. Drove all the way back and told them that I received a wrong order. Then they handed me my order which was cold so I asked them to remake it because I would have devoured it about 10 minutes prior. I wait in the lobby for about 5 minutes then they hand me my order I check it and it’s the same cold burger they handed me………….. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. Manager Rose was on shift

Stopped in for a couple of milk shakes and a burger, the lady who waited on us was so sweet and the burger was delicious i do have to say the strawberry shake was super delicious but the chocolate shake definitely needed more chocolate it just tasted like ice cream, but regardless it was all good.
Since this company got bought out the quality in food and service has become horrible especially at this one in la vernia, 9 put of 10 times I come here, I have to wait a good 25 to 30 minutes for my food even when they aren't busy. I hate to be this guy but this job is not hard or complicated, I used to work here during high school.
