There is a reason the turn around rate is so high, the job would be good if issues from a lot of supervisors, that are horrid to employees could be fixed, but no amount of trying to get issues fix gets results, the problems tend to either be kicked about or dust under the rug, driving people to quit or move buildings due to herassment from upper management. So yes if you want a stable job sure, if you want to lose a lot of freedom sure, but I suggest you stay only long enough to find another job because the toxic work environment that the higher-ups refuses to fix isn't worth it unless you can power though it

Through out the years since working their I’ve seen plenty of people come and go such as management changing constantly, employees leaving as well because management and upper management in HR doesn’t know how to approach and appreciate their employees. They tell you over time is ok, then once you have worked overtime they get all mad because we’re employees are taking out of their bonus! But in reality the employees are working harder than the management team! I was pregnant with my daughter working for this company and I was out for 3 months, as soon as I come back they automatically write me up because I supposedly messed up on a dish and said that I had burnt it when I clearly didn’t! They didn’t give me no chance or break out at all for being out for so long to at least give me a chance to get back into things but nope they automatically wanted to write me up. So I got fed up and decided to go put my two weeks in & they must have not liked that because when I went into another building where I was scheduled they told me my boss will be in to speak to me but nope couldn’t even show his face so they made another management from that facility give me the paperwork for termination. That’s not professional at all! I’m sooo upset with this company, they were so quick to fire me but yet they have employees in other facilities who are vaping, wearing masks with nose piercings/ piercings in general but don’t get ask to take them out but made me take mine out! Have employees who eat on the clock or always on the phone on the clock but never seem to get in trouble. They have people who are currently working there, who shouldn’t be and I mean because they cry and get whatever they want! I don’t recommend anyone working for this company, they don’t care about anyone but themselves!

Management and supervisor are very mean to you and treated me like a slave scrubbing floors and walls with my hands and they wouldn’t let me call one day out because I would always be told if I miss one day they would fire me so I was scared to call out even when I had to attend my grandmas funeral I couldn’t go they have there favorite employees and they discriminate against white and Hispanic people.This job is not worth it because you won’t even get paid enough to support your family and the hours and even with split shifts it’s a waste of time.

I think Allen Tharp is a good Company but some of the people in position is the wrong fit and all the young kids do is bing to work every day, but they do not fired them especially first three buildings on the base like 9310 and you speak the truth you will get fired, mr. Kelly and inspector lady Mexican, but she used to be a manager and building 9310 she very races on the slick and if you’re a hard worker and you work smart, not harder and faster than the other workers they get mad and they have this worker name, Ashley and Sebastian. Don’t do no work at all. Walk around all day.
