Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

We ordered the fried chicken and it was over salted to the point where we couldn’t eat it. Their food has consistently gone down in quality. They changed the menu so the favorites are no longer there. The only redeeming thing is they still have an awesome breakfast. Also, our server was very, very good and very apologetic about the poor quality of the food.

Placed our order using the app. Arrived at Cracker Barrel, parked and then checked in. Order was brought out to us within 3 minutes. Staff was courteous and smiling. Made a bad day alot better.

They were not very busy but had to wait quite a while in line to check out. It would be nice if you could pay the server instead of standing in line for 10 minutes. Food and service were good.

Visiting for the weekend, and had just got out the plane, and with my daughter and nephew we ate here, the food was just the tip of the iceberg. I had amazing service, shoutout to our waitress Kelly

I had a call in order. And I knew to prior call in/ take outs that had an option of sides. I was never giving the opportunity to select my sides. I am allergic to sweet potatoes which came with my meal, because I was never giving a choice. I love Cracker Barrel, but I will not be ordering anymore. I paid for my meal but never ate a bite , because it came with sweet potatoes
. Please reimburse me. Im extremely disappointed

The food is usually good, and the taste was fine, but the cornbread and biscuits were so hard, I was afraid I'd break a tooth eating one.

Normally, this place has great service and great food, but the last few times i have been in it takes a while to get a seat and then the service is very slow. Everyone is very friendly and i love the atmosphere and decore. The egg sandwiches are wonderful exept for one time when i got one dripping with grease but the last time i came in it was perfect.

Food at The Cracker Barrel used to be really good. It seams that they have made several food prep changes for the worse. What used to be a weekly visit for us, may get one more visit before we scratch it completely. The green beans had no taste at all. I have heard that they are now microwaving them after 4pm. The baby carrots had very little taste. They used to be my favorite. The lemon pepper trout was about 1/8 inch thick and super flat. I'm glad our location hasn't changed the atmosphere. When that happens, it will for certain be scratched.

We walked in at 8:56 p.m. and asked if they could still serve us. The waiter/host said they would be happy to. He seated us, had our drinks and cornbread on the table immediately. After ordering, our food came in 2 minutes. His attention and service was amazing. Strawberry blondish hair--I hope he gets a big bonus!
