The is a good place to eat. We had it by our hotel 2 different night, very convenient. Food was good and I always like to look around the General Store section.

Edit 2024-04-28:Went in for lunch. Waited a good 20 minutes for the server (Chris) to take out drink/food order. Waited at least 10 more minutes to get drinks (while watching him rapidly cater to other tables). Finally got our food and it was obvious that it had been sitting under the heat lamp for a while, and the server forgot part of our food. Each time we requested anything it was faster to go ask the hostess for it.Chris, our server, was the worst server we have had in a very long time. I usually tip at least 25%, but not today.Chris needs to go through server training...***************It was about as expected... Though, the last time we visited, the service was very slow.

We stayed at a hotel that was an easy walk to the restaurant. I ordered the seafood combo with fish and shrimp with green beans and macaroni as my sides. The fish and shrimp tasted fine, but tasted just like the frozen fish and shrimp I bake in my oven at home. The beans taste like they are straight out of the can. The Mac and cheese with bacon was probably the highlight of the meal.

Couldn’t rate the food because I spent 20 minutes waiting on the host and the waiter! Was about to leave because no host was at the checkin. A server finally came out and fumbled through the tablet to pick our table. Then we sat at the table, had our food order ready and no server came. The server at the table in front of us said someone would be with us shortly but after being there for 20 minutes, we decided to go. Plenty of empty tables, no one was in front of us when we arrived. No reason to have waited that long with no staff acknowledging us.

My food was bland but ok. My husband's food was the problem. Fried chicken tenders were so dry and his steak tips were lukewarm and tough.

This review is for Momma Kay.She was wonderful. Very attentive. Loved her personality. Made my boyfriend and I feel very well taken care of. We really liked her. Didn’t have to ask her for much. So pleasant to speak with. Made our day better. Got us smiling. We had a long drive back home.Food was good.I personally don’t like crowded places which is why the atmosphere is 3. But I can’t control rush hour. This place has the best pancakes. In my own opinion.
