The pm crew here needs to be trained again in ethics and customer service . Specifically drive through staff . Making faces or fun of potential customers who have speech impediments is unprofessional on so many levels do better !

If you order inside, you take a number and they are supposed to bring the food to you,...doesn’t happen. Order is typically wrong, so quality control is subpar. Food is, well, McDonalds. The food is what you expect.

They are very slow with service. I went to the drive thru on my way to work. I get to the window, they hand me the drink without the food and tell me to park in a space. I wait patiently. I see cars that were behind me getting their food. I go into the store to get a refund, one of the workers went to get a manager. No one ever came back to the front to assist me so I ended leaving without a refund. Made me late for work. I would recommend going there two hours early if you have anywhere to be.

Stopped there last year on my way to see my sister in New Braunfels and got me some pancakes, they put some extra silverware in the bag and it was two sets of pancakes where I ate one in the car and one at my sister’s house before I went to church that Sunday in New Braunfels and I know that Saturday was busy when I came in there. Thank God my stuff came out and I was too grateful.

Store is super busy all day everyday, they do the best they can to get your food out quick but that doesn't happen often. The staff could be nicer. Foods always good, when you get all your stuff.

I was screamed at after explaining I had not received my food. I was told that it was not her problem and “What am I supposed to do about it?” Then she lunged out of the drive thru window to scream at me. After all of this abuse, McDonald’s stole money from me and I received no food. I called customer service and was repeatedly told “your voice will be heard” then after I asked about my money, I was told the call was over and he hung up.

Have been here 3 times for breakfast and it's always hot, fresh and handled properly, the lady in the cash register makes sure to greet people every time someone walks in, of course people are rude and won't answer back. But it's the customers service that she's willing to provide what really counts. Everything is really clean and the lady that was in charge of the cleaning that morning was even cleaning the feet rest of the chairs, that's how you can tell when people are cleaning like is supposed to. Ladies you're doing an amazing job! It's worth the visit definitely. Give them a raise! They deserve it! 10 stars!
Whomever was at the serving window , shouldn't be on their phone while having a drive thru full of cars. I was asked if my order was a mobile order , showed her my receipt and was given the wrong order. I didn't have time to go in with being on my way to work. Plus they were way to busy for me to wait for a remake. I'm sure my order was given to someone else.

I frequent this McDonald's at least once a week with my grandkids. It's a busy one because it's right off I-35 at a busy intersection, and traffic through the McDonald's is always steady. Despite that, you get through the line pretty quickly. The longest I've ever been in line is 15 minutes, and that's pretty fast. If you plan ahead and use the mobile app in the drive thru, it's faster than that. The food is hot and fresh every time, and it's also always correct. I've never had to go back and have an order corrected. The thing i like most about this McDonald's, though, is the service. Tonight, the young lady at the window taking my money was so polite and cheerful. It was refreshing. And she said hello to my grandchildren and smiled at them, and they just thought that was the coolest thing. 😆 It really is the little things sometimes that make a place so great and keep you coming back. Keep it up, Mickey D's.

We don’t usually go to this McDonald’s due to previous bad experiences, but we went tonight the cashier at the window was straight to the point and kind! food was quick and hot! The cashier didn’t have a name tag on but we wanted to note her good customer service at 10pm at night!
