I ordered through the app. Went through the drive thru and we ordered Pepsi, she gave us Dr. Pepper. When we told her our drinks were wrong, she refused to change them for the correct drink. Had to go in to correct it. We ALWAYS have issues with this location. We usually drive all the way across town to the Taco Bell because their friendly and clean. This location is filthy, rude, and the food is sloppy.

My grandson and I stopped by for what we thought were beef tacos.
Where's the beef??
Dirty tables, Dead flies on the window ledges , nasty store.
We also got 2 chalupas.
Another joke. Not only was there hardly any meat in them, the edge of the tortilla was hard as in OLD!
I'm never stopping there again!!

Can never get assistance at the front register to pick up orders. Always a 10 minute wait or longer for someone to even make eye contact with you.

You had ants in your diner, and were told about it and you ignored them. Then when my husband told you we were missing our 2 crunchy supreme tacos, you started being disrespectful (manager for night shift, occurred at 7:20 pm on July 1, 2025) and saying to bring all of the food back instead of coming to our family table and looked. Then you and my husband decided to yell in the dining area, in front of my autistic children, you will no longer be receiving our $100 per visit business. Yes, I have photos for the the manager Tracy upon her request.

I work five minutes away and went on my lunch break which ive done plenty of times and can make it back on time and enough time to eat. I went with 20 minutes to spare and i left 20 minutes later they were standing around after serving the people in front of me and someone gave me my drink and nothing for ten minutes after then after standing in the front someone finally decided to see what i had ordered. Two nacho bell grandes with meat, cheese and lettuce. Not only did they take forever to make the order, they burnt them kids quesadillas customers quesadillas that ordered before me. When i walked in I smelled the food burning and they still gave it out with it being almost charcoal colored all over. Pathetic experience.
