Service was really slow and some how still didn't make my food properly
I work five minutes away and went on my lunch break which ive done plenty of times and can make it back on time and enough time to eat. I went with 20 minutes to spare and i left 20 minutes later they were standing around after serving the people in front of me and someone gave me my drink and nothing for ten minutes after then after standing in the front someone finally decided to see what i had ordered. Two nacho bell grandes with meat, cheese and lettuce. Not only did they take forever to make the order, they burnt them kids quesadillas customers quesadillas that ordered before me. When i walked in I smelled the food burning and they still gave it out with it being almost charcoal colored all over. Pathetic experience.
Slow and online order is always wrong

incompetent staff. more training from corporate. Making 20 tacos with a dead line and 4 customers at the register. They act like cattle. Ignoring customers and still giving out wrong orders
I uploaded a photo of their basic crispy taco which is almost $2. Where's the beef? The (Manager?) Deon, I hope I spelled that right, made good by my complaint. Wife and I have decided to eliminate taco bell from our diets and will no longer patronize their fast food restaurants. Adios taco bell.
Food is fantastic! Service at this location is actually not bad, except for the time they told me there was no water since someone forgot to pay the bil, lol.
Atmosphere is awful though. Straight trash.
Absolute worst taco bell ever!!! Rude staff... Order is always wrong. More worried about drive thru times, cuz they will yell at you to get out of the drive thru when you are simply checking your order. If this location didn't get something wrong or missing EVERY SINGLE TIME, then I wouldn't have to check my food. They care more about drive thru times, than customer service and getting the food orders correct.
Passing through tonight and stopped here not expecting much, but was very pleasantly surprised! The service was quick and efficient, and the staff was kind and happy!! Super clean too!
Three people out here in the parking lot waiting for our order they made us pull around and park and wait for our orders in the parking lot not even busy like that.

Employees Park in front of MAIN door between 2 parking spots 1 is handicapped blocking Customer Acess. ORDER short on ingredients you end up with a 5 layer Burrito as a bean Burrito crunch mwrao meat only on 1,/2 broken soggy Taco to much filler in meat tasted like mash potatoes.

This was the first restaurant I've ever been to in my life where I was rudely told to go behind the counter to get a cup myself. If time & gas aren't an issue, plz go to the one on Cleveland Ave. I promise it's worth the drive. They put more meat & cheese in the tacos & quesadillas, and the customer service is miles ahead. Look at this emaciated taco I was served! 90% lettuce, 1 teaspoon of meat & no tomatoes even though it was allegedly supreme 😒
