Whoever worked the day shift here on 06/11/2024 should be recognized for their service, efficiency & professionalism! They were top notch employees any employer would be lucky to have on their team. It was obvious they take pride in their work! I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the place.
On my most recent visit through the drive-thru the employee was having a conversation with her earbud the entire time I was at the window. She did not say hello welcome to Taco Bell, make eye contact, none of that. I don't even remember her telling me my total because I already had my card out she just took the card gave it back and then handed my food out the window. She didn't say thank you have a nice day etc. She was in a full-on messy conversation the whole time...
