Food is decent, service...meh. In a town that is "starving" for restaurants if ya gotta get your Italian on this is the only game nearby.Well, this is an update for fall of 2022. Not surprisingly, Brocs closed. Poor service, mediocre food, and an owner who didn't give a "s__t"...no surprises here.

Nice little place. Staff were wonderful. Wasn't the best Italian food I have ever had but was really good, atmosphere was quaint, server had great input, I didn't feel like they were shoving alcoholic beverages down our throat, like so many places we go I would visit again if I were in town again.

This place was on my list to go to for a while and I'm glad we finally made it in. We were seated quickly, the service was very warm and personable, and I enjoyed the caprese and my fettuccine Alfredo with grilled shrimp. My husband ate every bit of his fried ravioli and my son loved his fresh ravioli. The cheesecake was definitely the crowd favorite out of the two desserts we picked, and the girl scout cookies on top of that and the gelato were a nice bonus for my kids. Definitely a good place for families. I was also pleasantly surprised to see a live musician playing the piano.

Highly recommend Broc’s! We are visiting from MN and this is by far one of the best Italian restaurants we’ve experienced. You can smell the savory aroma the minute you step inside the restaurant. The food is delicious and fresh. The service is great and the atmosphere is inviting. Broc and his family is amazing! Can’t wait to visit again!

Amazing food, great atmosphere and very friendly staff. By far my new favorite Italian place to come to.Manager is very welcoming & friendly.Regardless of being short staffed during a pandemic and restaurant crisis, they remained open and made everyone amazing food and made it an amazing dining experience.The Garlic Bread, Lasagne, and Tiramisu *chef kiss*PERFECTION. Will most definitely be coming back!

Moved out here from Austin about 6 months ago, and my girlfriend and I have been coming here ever since. The food and customer service is consistently great, and that's all I ask in a restaurant. The owner is very nice and you can tell he genuinely cares.

Love this place. Very Traditional Italian restaurant style. Don’t be in a hurry. Come and enjoy the way it’s meant to be. No frozen food here. Every meal is cooked to order. So take it slow and have some wine, appetizers, your soup or salad, and then.... an outstanding and plentiful main course. And did I mention to slow down, spend some time and enjoy the way us Sicilianos eat.... savor the flavors and the company.❤️

We have really enjoyed our experiences with Brock's. We have ordered both take out and dined in on multiple occasions. The staff has always been very friendly and the food was delicious. I highly recommend the chicken fettuccine! The Alfredo sauce is amazing!! Their salads always look fresh and the dressing is delicious. We are happy to have this hidden gem in Lago Vista. My only complaint is that service can be slow, but that is everywhere at the moment. They are very polite so it makes up it. I would definitely try this place for yourself. The reviews here are mixed, but we love it. Also they do accept credit cards. I read previous it was cash only, but we have never had to pay with cash.
