I come here frequently for my white chocolate mocha lattes. Anthony & Jules are my favorite batistas- both boys are super friendly, sweet, they get my order right and always make me smile! I would absolutely give 5 stars for them. I had an issue with Corey the other day. He was extremely rude while taking my order & gave me a major attitude. I was shocked & disappointed by his nasty demeanor towards a customer!

Entered our local Starbucks in Lago Vista today and wanted to grab the red holiday coffee cup but was informed by the very kind cashier that I missed the promotion by one day but recommended a similar item they had for sale. It’s a nice plastic coffee decanter that is reusable to keep the regular cups out of the landfill. I asked the cashier for a recommendation and she surprised me with the most delicious choice I have ever experienced at Starbucks. Praline and white mocha! Man, was it really great. The young lady that made the coffee was very nice, too. Overall, the store was nice, clean, well-stocked and pleasant in appearance. Will certainly be back and would highly recommend it to friends and family. Keep up the great work, ladies!Dietary restrictions: They have several items on the menu that cater to low calorie or low sugar diets.Parking: Plenty of spots were available when I visited today!

No stars ! The location would not correct my doordash take out order . They locked the front doors and would not help me. I then walked over to the take out window to try & get some help , & they turned the hot exhaust fan on my face . I called the corporate line & was told can't do nothing about it have a nice day. Crappy company & rude employees.

Customer service usually great, but it takes one bad rude window person to ruin that trend for the team LV SB. I request that the shift supervisor immediately advise the girl with the bob hairstyle and orange-maroon tshirt to speak with more respect to a customer. Every person who worked the window was always so pleasant. Her actions stood out as a failure compared to her awesome teammates' customer service skills.

Takes way too long to get the food, not even worth the wait.
Hands down the best Starbucks! I go here every morning and we are on a first name basis. It makes me feel so special when the employees know my order by heart and get it right every single time! They have huge hearts and are amazing baristas. It is nice when your local coffee shop treats you like a Princess! They always have a smile on their face and a positive attitude, an amazing way to start my day!

The WORST Starbucks I have ever been to. Here's why:I have lived in Lago Vista since 2020 and it seems like every year their Starbucks gets worse. The ambiance is terrible. It's always very loud, people camping at tables with their stuff thrown everywhere and not minding everyone around them. None of the employees have any idea what's going on, especially Faith, the employee who treats you like you're a toddler when she doesn't know how to do a basic refund. I have worked at a Starbucks in Cedar Park in previous years, and my manger there would have fired every single person working there for lack of everything. When you're waiting for your order, watch how slowly and inefficiently the place is run. Nobody has urgency to complete the task in front of them. As far as the food goes, I placed a mobile order at 9:45am for a pumpkin loaf and a parfait. I arrived at 10:10am expecting my order to have been ready for quite a while, and ended up waiting another 15 minutes for my loaf and yogurt to be ready. Please explain to me how it takes 40 minutes to warm a loaf and grab a yogurt from the fridge and throw it on the counter. Everyone in there seemed just as frustrated as me while waiting for their drinks and correcting the multiple incorrect drinks that were made in the span of 15 minutes I was waiting. RIDICULOUS!!
