Day 2 my wife sends me again to pick up her order, she ordered through the app and placed it at the wrong location. The barista was so nice to quickly make the order for me free of charge for the second time.

Cons: If you arrive anywhere close to a peak time, be prepared for long waits. No joke, I have waited 15 minutes for an Americano. They turn off mobile ordering because they can’t get it together. I travel a lot for work and visit some very busy Starbucks that operate much more efficiently. If you are in a hurry, keep driving.
