Always easy to order with app. For minor feedback, we'd love to see the use of extra coupons stacked within the app. Currently, you can only use one deal per order. For the most part, good value, good food.
I was here Saturday. Food was ok. Service was poor.. Person at window took my money said she would be back with my change. I said ok. She then opened the window again and asked if I wanted the change. It was almost 3 dollars. I said whatever. It took almost 15 minutes from when I ordered till I finally got my food. I don't know why she expected a tip at the drive thru window.
I always feel welcome at the Lake Dallas Sonic. The carhops are friendly and upbeat, even when they seem really busy. The food is typical Sonic fare – not gourmet, but always hits the spot. I love coming here during Happy Hour for half-price drinks, and their breakfast burritos are surprisingly good.
