Went for dinner and a couple of drinks, was told margaritas were 2$ so ordered one..server came back and told me sorry they only had frozen. I guess the bartender can't make one without it being premixed. Changed to a vodka tonic. The server had no idea what that was, so she checked with bartender, then gave me a thumbs up. Was served a vodka & soda water. Friend ordered southwest rolls, said they tasted weird. I ordered the "smoked" chicken Philly. Bread was stale, chicken had the consistency of chicken cooked in a crockpot..zero smoked flavor. Atmosphere was good for Chilling with a beer, just not a spot for dinner and drinks.

We had a good time. Tako is top notch. Drinks were good. Didn’t have food. Just saying. I’m a Republican, conservative and not offended by much, nor was I at the bar. In our litigious society today however, it only takes one individual to rain down buckets of feces on a little innocent adult fun. Recommend a certain bottle opener perhaps be handled a bit more discreetly. After all we aren’t in Wisconsin anymore Dorothy.

Received top class service from Tako at the bar. Impressive cocktails and hospitality.
Just left around 5:50pm and I was talking to a friend and the bartender "TACO" asked me if I wanted to order a drink. I politely responded to give me a second to finish my conversation and he continued interupt my conversation and than started to badger me on a the beer i drink. Again i politely asked him to wait and turned around to continue my conversation, but because he thought I wasn't listening he muttered"FUCK YOU THAN" in front of the other bartender; ALYSSA amd other regular customers. I asked Alyssa for a manager to explain my ordeal and he seemed like he was not concerned at all. Poor customer service on both the bartender and hopefully not the manager. Hopefully i find out who the owner is.

Didn't try the food but the service was spot on, the waitress checked on us approximately and was very nice, atmosphere was great with the live music. Only thing would be that it is really hot now in mid June and they could definitely add some mounted fans to atleast blow out toward the seating out in the middle area.The happy hour margaritas were definitely weak. The $5 margaritas my friend got was so watered down that she had to buy an additional shot to put in.The mini-rita I got tasted like lemonade wit a tiny tiny hint of maybe some liquor.Mini-rita was $3.

The food is awesome, The Ranchito burger is prolly the best hamburger in Lake Jackson, hands down and you might think its too hot outside, under the shade there is still a breeze to that feels good.
