I am visiting from out of town and took my niece and nephew to have some ice cream after dinner. The first thing you notice is the filthy door windows upfront and staff members having nothing to do Another thing was when they are scooping the ice cream the females especially do not have their hair tied back, so their hair is just dangling over all of the ice cream buckets as they’re scooping once I saw that I told her never mind and decided not to have any ice cream from here

Place is absolutely filthy. The staff aren’t friendly at all. I used to come here all the time and it was clean and the workers were so nice. I would bet this place hasn’t been cleaned in months.

My cone was super stale, i had to buy a whole pint cause they were out of vanilla... i got vanilla ice-cream and for some reason all i tasted was cinnamon, which i am allergic to so I broke out in hives WORST PLACE EVER !!!

Worst customer service ever. They gave away my order to someone else that wasn't me. So when I went to pick it up, it wasn't ready. He told me I could pick one of the cakes there that were ready. Are you serious? Then I told him he should give me one of those for free and refund my money. That would have been customer service. Your franchise manager needs to contact me.

They were out of bananas when I asked for a banana split. So then I asked for a waffle bowl. They were out of waffle bowls. I finally got a sundae. The tables were dirty. The good was they have a bunch of flavor choices and the employees were friendly.
Went into the establishment at 8:45pm, times on the door stated closing was at 10pm. All the chairs were put up onto the counter. Also, it seemed like the two young men serving us didn’t want to be there. I wasn’t even certain they worked at the business because there was no name tag or really no uniform representing they worked for Baskin Robbins.When asking for a hot fudge sundae the young man used what seemed to be another cup to scoop out the hot fudge, when I noticed there was a ladle hanging on a dish rack behind him. Overall very disappointing. The establishment could be doing better.

**long hair needs to be pulled back at food establishments** Apparently management doesn't mind if employees walk around with ice cream in their hair while they serve the public ?Walked in and stood for 5 minutes, no greeting or anything. They acted like they were sooo busy but no one else was in front of us ?♀️. Needless to say we left.
