**long hair needs to be pulled back at food establishments** Apparently management doesn't mind if employees walk around with ice cream in their hair while they serve the public ?Walked in and stood for 5 minutes, no greeting or anything. They acted like they were sooo busy but no one else was in front of us ?♀️. Needless to say we left.

Now just to be clear, I have never really had any issues at Baskin-Robbins until this visit. I was specifically going there to get a sundae and my wife some ice cream. I got my sundae with 3 golf ball sized scoops and one squirt of whip cream for $7.59 while i got my wife just the regular 3 scoops and they had to push down on the lid of her container since the scoops were of an appropriate size. See picture, mine is on the left, a vanilla mess that doesn't even come close to the top. Seriously. We will of course go back to Baskin-Robbins, because this is the ice cream of our childhood, but next time i will ask why so much in one 3 scoop container that had 3 different ice creams and why so little of a 3 scoops of vanilla for a sundae. Make sure to check your container.

I ended up paying over $8 for an banana royale that was melted, dripping everywhere and by the time they tried to clean it up I just left it there with them. No one attempted to offer to redo it. Just a crazy mess.

I hadn't been to a Baskin Robbins sence I was a kid and Minnie weats had a free ice cream coupon on the box. I was happy to see this one.Got ice cream multiple times since I discovered it and loved it each time. It's a lot better then Dairy Queen any day.

I don't know if BR can do anymore to make the experience better. It's tiny, but it's got all the flavors you could want and tables if you want to sit and eat there. Friendly servers, too. Highly recommend.

Their phone never works!! Automatically hangs up when you call. Really disappointing because I work during their store hours and my daughter really wanted a cake from this place for her birthday tomorrow.

Was pleasantly surprised at this visit. The order was made and served one item at a time. The server (Kyle) waited until we were all served to ring us up. The serving portions were exactly right. Well done BR. I’ll be back I’m sure- the kids loved it.
