Service is incredibly slow. I ordered 1 drink 20 minutes ahead of time on the website, to be put at the end of the line of drinks to be made when I arrived. There are never enough staff. Drinks are only slightly better than Starbucks and much more expensive.

I have gone a few times now and each one different than the last. Today however I found my new thing! I am in love with the sandwich I got today. The BEAT sandwich with no avocado (I’m allergic) no poblano aoli, add basil mayo on a freaking croissant! I thought this thing would be small, boy was I surprised to open and find a hoggie sized croissant! The sandwich was amazing! Flaky soft croissant with the crunchy but still slightly chewy thick cut bacon, the perfect eggs, and the freaking delicious basil mayo! TO DIE FOR!!!! I will be back for another after the holiday! Also muddy mocha blended with almond milk! Chef’s kiss! Thank you to the wonderful lady at the register and all the staff busting out orders in a timely manner during this busy season! 💙

This is by far the best coffee shop in all of Brazoria County! None of the other coffee shops have an espresso machine as nice as Brew N Bake's. I drink an iced americano with 2 extra shots (a total of 5 shots) and 3 pumps of honey (which is local, pretty cool). The espresso isn't bitter even though it is chilled. I'm telling you, it's amazing! (I am currently sipping one right now haha) Their baked goods perfectly pair with whatever beverage you decide. The baked goods are made from scratch and you can tell! Delicious!
