This is by far the best coffee shop in all of Brazoria County! None of the other coffee shops have an espresso machine as nice as Brew N Bake's. I drink an iced americano with 2 extra shots (a total of 5 shots) and 3 pumps of honey (which is local, pretty cool). The espresso isn't bitter even though it is chilled.
