Waitress was busy flirting with guys while my beer had been empty for 10-15 minutes, finally got tired of waiting so walked to the bar area to get a refill while she was talking to a guy and flirting at the bar so I made a rude remark cause I was highly upset and she finally walked over and told me not to be mad at her or she wouldn’t give me a beer so I kindly apologized and asked for a beer she gave it to me and after I walked off she said a smart comment I ignored, it almost losing my cool. After I get back to the table the bartender calls the waitress over and is talking about me and my friend and the waitress comes to the table finally asking if we need anything we just ignored her and my buddy said we will take our tickets, she didn’t even know who ordered what or anything, I put a zero dollar tip with a note saying very poor service and will never be back good thing I’m not from here our Buffalo Wild Wings has their stuff together and is very professional management oughta be ashamed to even run that place also there was a girl working the whole time I was there and everyone else was flirting with guys I felt sorry for the poor girl like help her out fire them lazy no good workers quit hiring people for appearance over work ethic, food wasn’t all that great either!

Extremely dirty. Always. Beer glass is always empty. Their wait staff can never stay on top of things. At least they got rid of most of the gross people working there. Nothing like fearing an acne scab will fall off into your food. Have not been impressed with the place since it opened, but decided to give it another chance since it has been a while. Wait times are long for food and drink and again, the floors and seating are gross. I mean really gross. The bathrooms are as well. Boogers on the Wall in front if the urinals gross. Watch putting your hands under the table. Gum and other hidden treasures lurk there. Floor looks like it hasnt ever been cleaned. Whatever managment this place has is very inept. I doubt they ever clean their taps as well. Floaters in the beer. If I could give less stars I would.

Went here a few days ago and sat at a table in the bar area. There was a table behind us where all the waitresses were sitting and talking on their phones, while the waitress we had got all the other tables that walked in behind us, which I can understand if that is her section (at least ask if she needs anything) and one of the waitresses was vaping in the middle of the restaurant. As a former waitress, there would be plenty of stuff to do while waiting for tables and there is an outside patio to vape or smoke.

Ordered food from the App and never recieved it. The manager was rude and left me talking to myself while she walked away from the phone. Then came back to tell me it was my issue and to figure it out. Once I found out they use DoorDash I called DoorDash and they told me store was responsible. Now I’m out $120 for food I never received and the manager won’t take my calls…….Horrible customer service and that location will never get my business again!!!!

Went with a group of 6 people to eat at this Buffalo Wild Wings and we got to seat our selfs which was strange to us. We got waited on pretty fast but when we finished our drinks we had to wait awhile before our waitress came to refill them. The water also doesn't taste good at all so highly suggest anything other than water. We got our food and the food tasted good.
I have always heard bad things about this BDubs from locals. I have never had an issue with them before besides a couple messed up orders here and there and stuff but food has always been edible and good. Before I finish this interview I like to get BDubs on my way home but this is the closest one to me and I live an hour away. So coming back up to get replacements is not possible. I ordered traditional wings yesterday to-go and ordered them with extra sauce, no biggie usual order for me. Let me tell you these wings were burnt to the point I was eating chicharones and I think they took the extra sauce to mean put half the original amount on there. Completely unable to eat them and wasted my time and money. Bummer to drive an hour home to enjoy a dinner and it be that bad. Now if it was fries, or a overdone burger etc I maybe overlook it but for Good Lords sake you have one job which is WINGS. How do you screw that up that bad?

Where do I even start. I ain’t one to complain. Really ain’t. Tonight sucked starting to be a theme. Went to watch MNF sat at bar me and gf ordered boneless wings they came out small as hell we looked at each other I said let’s just eat. Not doing this tonight. They probably put a spoon full of sauce on it so asked for extra cup. Bartender went back and brought back refrigerator cold sauces. I told her and an assistant wanna be manager was there to named Valerie she said all our sauces are cold . That’s the way they pour it in the chicken. They made us feel stupid. Instead of saying we can heat it up let me tell u it was refrigerated cold. But no let’s just make faces at customers and stare at them and laugh with co workers remaining time we were there. Will never eat there again. Valerie looks like she eats enough for all of us anyways. ✌?
