We went through the drive thru. The young lady serving the food shoved an entire order for three people into one bag. When we got home we were missing a Spicy Crispy Sandwich. We had to drive all the way back. There was no apology or any acknowledgment of their mistake. The sandwich was in the warmer. The employee simply put it in a bag and handed it to me. When we got back home I realized that my double whopper had one burnt patty and one undercooked patty. Horrible experience. Will never go back to this location.

Order a double bacon cheeseburger and only got 1 cheese on my burger. Lettuce was not green it was yellow. Lobby was extremely dirty. Won’t be eating here again.

I placed an order on the app using my crown so I got a free whopper it got ready fast as soon as I pulled up to the window it was ready. The girl with the pink hair was extremely nice and courteous and I loved her pink hair.

However, a year ago, the food wasn't even right. The staff was either defeated or rude, and the GM hadn't a care in the world.
I was told recently there was a change, so I took a chance. Usually franchise situations just keep replacing bad with bad. But this was different.
Arlene, the GM, was very polite, professional, and personable. She was putting eyes on all things, and the staff looked on task and on point.
Tamara took my order, was very pleasant, hit all of the points of coubterservice, upsold the toppings, and made change correctly.
I only saw Steve's name tag, but the whole crew looked like they were into their tasks, and looked like they were performing as a proper team.
Good service is a thing to cherish these days. And, at least for me today, your LJ location was on point.
Shout out to the night shift as well, and the Clute location night staff, who I only interact with doing my side gig, as both are also very friendly and service forward.
District hiring manager: more of this, less of whatever that was before. This makes *you* look good, that did not. Dig?

Ordered the dragon burger meal for my son and when he opened it it wasn’t even the burger it was a whopper he was very disappointed he said why does it look different the fries were regular fries too.
