ETA, I called Monday morning and spoke to "Tim" he was patient, apologetic, and handled the whole thing very professionally. I will try this Burger King again based on his response. And, with so many fast burger joints to choose from, Birger King remains near the top of the list for me for many decades now.So I placed a mobile order on the app... got to the store, and waited an inordinate amount of time considering no one aside from myself was there. Got my order, jumped on the freeway, and ... no sauce for 2 orders of nuggets, NO napkins, and the sandwiches weren't what I ordered. I dont like to be "that guy" but I had to call... the gal told me immediately that what I ordered wasn't available... yet my receipt stated my order correctly as did the app... when I told her these 2 facts, she hung up on me and no one answered when I called back...we'll see if my message is returned and resolution that warrants an updated review occurs...

I ate here during my lunch break and I had a phenomenal experience! The food was amazing and the service was excellent. The manager, Abigail was very nice and super helpful. I usually never eat at BK, but I will now be coming back here on a regular basis!

Well for starters the guy named jamal was rude to me and the female taking my order, I would have punched him if it was legal, then I saw a rat! And not a small one either! I left... worst burger King ever!!!!

Ordered food in the drive through and ate in the burger king lot. I was asked to leave and when I asked why they said I had been there too long, even though they know I ordered food. The food was below average, fries were soggy, and my drink tasted like dirty ice (I'm an ice machine tech). Do yourself a favor and don't waste money at this location.

Trash service. I decided to give yall a shot after not eating from you all in years. Nothing to be missed. I asked for my drink NO ICE, got Ice. But at the window I asked about it and just took half the ice out. Then the lady with short hair just threw up her hands like it's my fault but luckily the manager made it right, it tasted different and didn't hurt my teeth. . I order all my drinks like that. Not my fault you can't take orders. I also ordered a Texas Double Whopper, said it 2 times, but yall Rang me up a double whopper. I see why this location is a 1 star. Should have known better. Next time I'll just go next store to McDonalds where I do t have to add bacon on my burger so it doesn't taste like propane and superior fries. The one thing yall did right was have hot fries atleast, enjoyed those with the drink for $12. I tried calling multiple times but yall have it off the ringer as not to take any calls. But I'm sure with the bad service yall don't want the phone ringing off the hook. Couldn't even find out if you could ring me up for just the difference in price for the bacon btw but I thrashed the burger after the experience. Last time I'll ever eat at any Burger King.
