Two sandwich order took forever and it was still hot when it arrived so it wasn't the delivery driver taking forever. The food was somehow bland but also a salt lick. Hugely expensive for the lack of quality. I would never recommend. Bleh.

The sandwich here was alright, a little bland, but with some salt it was decent. I got the chicken philly with the loaded fries. Overall not a bad spot (the only spot) to get a hot sandwich in the mall. 7/10 recommend this place.

1st timer here and my sandwich was delicious as were the fries. No complaints. Had the steak wich was of good quality and not chewy like some places

Worst Charley's experience I've ever had. Ordered 2 chicken teriyaki phillys with extra chicken and extra teriyaki. Didn't have extra anything, actually had almost no sauce. Had to go back to get sauce put on it. Buns weren't toasted and fries were soggy from not being cooked long enough. Went to get a refill, and they stated it would be half price for a refill. Have never been charged before from any of the other Charley's I've visited. Extremely disappointed. The price to product ratio is not on par with every other Charley's that I've been to, and I've been to probably 50 of them.

Paid for extra meat. Got less than a regular serving at any of the others I've been to. Guess there is a charge for refills now? Crazy since I just had Charlie's last week in Houston and didn't get charged and had meat falling out of the sandwich there was so much. If you want Charlie's go to any other one, this one is a cheap child run knock off........

Ordered Buffalo chicken and it was made perfectly . My whole order was freshly made, hot and delicious! My lemonade was super good and I asked myself why I don’t visit more often. Only thing is I wished I’d have known about the app reward program but no biggie.

Their subs are great for a great price their french fries are even better with honey mustard and their lemonades are wonderful

Waited over 10 minutes to place order, ridiculous!Just lost customers during lunch.
