Was such a good lunch. Met all the checklist! Friendly staff, fast service, incredible salads and awesome soup. The store is so clean and pleasant to sit down and really enjoy the peace and eat. My boyfriend and I came here today for lunch after getting a recommendation from my cousin. I’m glad we listened to her!! The lady at the front was an absolute sweetheart and very helpful when choosing which salad would be best. We even got to sample some beforehand. I got a scoop of the dixie chick with broccoli salad, it was amazing!! My boyfriend got the jalapeno holly as a sandwich which was also delicious. The lemonade is also to die for! 10/10 experience all around and will be coming back .

Worst place to eat at the food was trash. The customer service is trash the respect the people had a clothes in the door while you’re at the drive-through is ridiculous. They are horrible people that are working there. Food sucks.

Went through the drive through took 20 mins just to get our food, sandwiches were dry on old bread. We have ate here several times before and it was great but today was horrible. We ordered 3 sandwich meals and not one of us ate it.
Very disappointed that I spent $36 on this.

We use to come twice a week, we have a special needs daughter and the general manager kicked us out with no warning because she was "too wild" yeah go to Love Birds nearby if you want a family friendly environment and actual food food that isn't processed junk like this place and not rude stuck up staff.

This was my first time, and I will not be returning. I ordered the Classic Carol on a croissant. It was very dry; the bread itself and the sandwich in general. For my side, I got the fruit thinking I couldn't go wrong. The strawberries were old and almost slimey, mixed with fresh grapes. They had beautiful slices of cake at the counter that was hard to resist. It was also a disappointment; very crumbley as if it had been in the freezer a long time before thawing and preparing with icing. Very disappointing.

I love Chicken Salad Chick. The chicken salad is delicious. I've tried numerous flavors and I love them all. My only complaint so far is that the last two times I've been to the one in Lake Jackson the croissant want fresh and the bottom was hard so I had to just eat the top half. I hope it's going to be better next time.

I ate at this location on 5/28/24 (ordered a scoop of classic carol) and got SEVERE food poisoning. I'm still recovering, but I'll never be eating at this location again. Who is preparing the food? This needs to be checked and monitored because something unsanitary is going on.
