Great service. I took a group of youth to the Lake Jackson location. It was clean and well organized. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The kids had a blast playing the games. Thank you so much for a great experience.

We ordered 2 large pizzas and paid $44. Paper thin pizza is pricey and not recommended. We picked up pizza because about 6 months ago we took our grand baby of 2 years . Days after she became I’ll. She was diagnosed with HAND FEET MOUTH DISEASE also known as HFMD. It had to be here she became ill because we went no where else. This disease is only contracted through children and only to children .We failed as parents because we should have seen the signs that No employees were sanitizing the game rides. No hand sanitizer anywhere to be seen in the entire game area. Not worth it and not recommended.

Workers in front were rude! I never go to Chuck E. Cheese because last time we went the workers were rude as well!Price is ridiculous spent $100 on a large pizza 4 drinks, a salad and 45 min of playtime! Pizza/ salad not even that good !!
My grandson had a Great time. He really enjoyed it. I thought that they now put the points from the games on the card is awesome. The young people working there was great for the kid's. They were not rude, they were smiling and joking with you. I was so glad that we enjoyed ourselves. Great job.
